I finally Got The Shirts And Talk About Cheap. Total Waist Of Money!! I Could See Through The Shirt It Was So Cheap And Thin. It Shrunk 2 Sizes After A Wash. "I ordered a baseball jersey and the wrong one was sent, that's when I found out that the company was in China. I contacted the company via e-mail and the response I got from them was shocking. I was advised to sell the item for them here in the US and they would offer me a discount. I continued to correspond via e-mail from an individual in a broken language. I told them I didn't want the jersey and wanted them to pay for shipping to return it back to them in China. They refused and said that when I sent back the jersey they would give me a refund. Still wait for a refund!

"Every time I buy from this site.....even when I pay the $35 for fast Saturday delivery....I do not get it on time. We bought 6 expensive special order jerseys for opening day and they are not here. When I call, the person is very nice. but he has no idea when the jerseys will be shipped. It is crazy because the expected ship date is past, but it has not shipped. Very disappointing. I refuse to order from them again. I will not be a low learner."

"Bought a T shirt for my son for Christmas, and ordered the wrong size. Shipped it back, immediately received an email stating that they had been notified it was in transit for the return. Two days later another email saying that my cc would be credited within 2-10 business days. Ten business days later - guess what? NO REFUND! When I called to inquire about said refund, the woman I spoke with said she would start a "ticket" to investigate my lost refund - and that it would take 24-28 hours just for me to receive the confirmation email about the ticket! REALLY? You charge my cc within MINUTES of me placing the order - and yet you take your lazy sweet time to refund it. Never again, MLB, never again."
"I placed an order on 11/27/15 for 2 jerseys. In spite of the fact, the website showed both in stock, it took MLB several days to notify me that one was not available and would be cancelled from my order. I was not even given the option of placing it on back order. I received the 2nd item within days. It was far too large. The length was almost to my knees. Looked more like a night shirt. I returned it within 2 days. MLB acknowledged the return, but said it would take up to 14 days to credit my account. On the 14th day I contacted MLB, but got no where. I notified Pay Pal of the situation, they investigated and had my account credited within 10 days. They will not receive any of my business in the future."
"Ordered a shirt. When it arrived, the fabric was so thin you could actually see through it, so I returned it using their UPS shipping label because it was cheaper than sending it myself.
Received an email confirmation of shipping from MLB with confirmation of shipping that stated "You will receive an email within 14 days when your return has been received and credited at our Fulfillment Center."
No credit processed in that time, so I emailed them. They were quick to respond in a couple hours with "Refunds can take 30 calendar days to process and show back on your billing statement. Once this refund is processed you will receive an email in regards to this." Plus, the shipping will be deducted from that.
What a rip-off. Any other online company is able to refund a purchase in a couple days. Considering the pay they give players, the cost of tickets just to watch a game, and the free ads from everyone wearing their logo shirts...it's a crime the way their "customer service" is handled. NEVER SHOP HERE. Maybe they will get the message then."
"Stay away from this site at all costs! It's 12/29/15 and I'm still waiting for two items I ordered on 11/30 that were in stock at time of purchase. Despite the fact they continued to be sold online, they were listed as "backordered" on my account. Adding to my misery was the fact that the KC Royals World Series watch I DID receive doesn't work. Is this even a legitimate business?
I have called 8-9 times to get answers. Got none. What a rip-off."
"I was not able to get the exact items I wanted because they did not have my size available so I selected items that showed to be in stock in my size. Then I selected the 2 day shipping option. After 3 days I got an email sating that 1 of my items had shipped and the other 2 were on back order. I called to ask why the delay in shipping and why the website said items were available and they weren't. I got an apology and a refund for the shipping.
Not helpful when I really wanted my World Series gear while the World Series was still going on!!"
"I don't know why I keep on shopping on this website if their shipping is false advertisement. The items are good but the shipping really does suck. It ask you to pay extra for the item to be delivered in 1 or 2 days and that is all lies. It takes 3-5 business days to leave the warehouse then it takes two days or more to be shipped. They really need to work on that seriously!! "
"I received a shirt as a gift from a family member and it was too big. Fairly simple problem which usually has a fairly simple fix. I have never used mlb.shop.com so I was under the impression that it would follow a similar exchange policy as other 21st century companies, i was wrong. In order to get a smaller size i would have to send the shirt back, wait for my family member to be refunded, and then have them order me another shirt. The policy is very bad and needs to be updated. It is not only against the norm it is against cultural standards in the United States. Who gets a gift only to have to ask for another one after a refund is issued. "
"Don't ever buy from here. The shirt I was shipped looked nothing like what I ordered. Shipped it back immediately and they received it the next day. After over two weeks I still have not received a refund and have tried reaching out to customer service multiple times. Was told my refund was "pending" and they'd push it through. Still no refund. "I should have read these reviews before I ordered. My experience was pretty consistent with the other bad reviews. Late ship time, which was after the event for which I needed the shirt. Customer Service reps that made false promises. I haven't even got to the point of putting the shirt in the mail to return. Goodness knows how terrible that process will be. Please don't use MLB Shop if you need an item within a month for something special. Go with a more dependable seller."
