They e-mailed me back stating that they have been trying to call me because my credit card phone number was wrong. They have my correct home phone number and I have call logging and they did not attempt to call me so they lied about that. They also had my e-mail address and did not attempt to e-mail me either.

"I ordered here because New Egg was out of stock and they had the best price. I ordered on Thursday morning, they shipped Monday with the parts arriving in good condition on Wensday (Only one day slower than NewEgg). The only thing I didn't like is their order tracking. I had no way of determining the status of my order, and I was not sent a notice when my order shipped. Instead I had to keep entering my order number and zip code only to have UPS tell me that my package was not in their system. When I tried to email them asking when my order one email address included with the order confirmation was invalid, and the other was unreachable because the inbox was full. However when I did manage to find a functioning email address they promptly responded. If they added an internal order tracking system like NewEgg I would be more likely to do buisness with them in the future. As it stands I will stick with NewEgg. "

"I ordered an Enermax 430W PSU(NOT the one with the switch) and an Silver Lian-Li T4 Temp Monitor. Prices were cheap, and they were in the same state as me. It took them 2 days to process my order, although it arrived the same day they shipped it since I live about 2-3 hours away. Everything was packed good, but there were no peanuts on the bottom, only a bunch on top so everything was secure.

It WILL take them a few days to process your order, and this is what is stated on their website:

"I ordered a SkyHawk server case, MPC had an excellent price, low shipping cost and they aren't too far away so UPS Ground is 24 hours and they have less chance to destroy things by throwing them around !

The case arrived in good order, although the note on the outside of the box "RATTLE OK" was a bit worrying ! The only negative was that it took 2 days to ship, which for an in-stock item seems a little long.

I ordered the Lian Li PC65 + Floppy Bezel for $152.61 shipped from WI to CA. Placed the order on July 1, shipped July 3, receieved July 10. Pretty long wait but it was okay. It is the newer Lian Li PC65 model (flat front surface) which I wanted and they delivered. The (alu) floppy bezel fits my floppy disk drive perfectly. The case had some scratches but on the inside only. I'm guessing it was made at the Lian Li factory because they would have had to open the box, remove screws, make the scratch, and put it back together. The outside has no scratches, which is more important.

All in all a very good experience and would deal with them again (unless i'm in a hurry)."
