"On 6/19 I received an email that "ue to our recent acquisition, Club IT has switched to Wells Fargo bank from BOA, therefore, any checks issued from Bank of America that you may have received is no longer valid. We ask that you please do not make the deposit; a replacement check from Wells Fargo Bank is in the process of being issued to you. If your online rebate status is “Approved for Check”, we will be receiving the new check in the next 2 - 3 weeks."
My in house rebate status is still approved - check not mailed. They won't respond to my emails or phone calls.
And the last two times I checked I couldn't even log in to their website.
They are having serious issues of some sort. I hope the sort it out so I can get my rebate."
"I ordered here because New Egg was out of stock and they had the best price. I ordered on Thursday morning, they shipped Monday with the parts arriving in good condition on Wensday (Only one day slower than NewEgg). The only thing I didn't like is their order tracking. I had no way of determining the status of my order, and I was not sent a notice when my order shipped. Instead I had to keep entering my order number and zip code only to have UPS tell me that my package was not in their system. When I tried to email them asking when my order one email address included with the order confirmation was invalid, and the other was unreachable because the inbox was full. However when I did manage to find a functioning email address they promptly responded. If they added an internal order tracking system like NewEgg I would be more likely to do buisness with them in the future. As it stands I will stick with NewEgg."

"Every couple months I build or upgrade a computer for myself or a friend. I have been shopping at NewEgg for over two years and I have yet to see a better sight. They never lie about having a product in stock and they nearly always ship the same day I order (even when I don't pay extra rush proccessing). I am exceptionally pleased with their order tracking system. At any time I can go to their site and see exactly what is happening with my order. I also like the fact that every product has a picture and many have pictures of multiple angles and box contents. Great for determining if a motherboard includes an optical port. Basically I only order from other sites when they are out of stock or the price is dramatically cheaper elsewhere (which isn't often). The only criticism I can come up with is that they tend to delete product reviews that rate the product at less that three starts."
