I received fast & efficient service from Magic Micro; the parts did arrive as described although the motherboard had reset the memory speed to 3000MHZ and I simply set it to the correct settings in BIOS myself.
I did call customer service who listened and understood what I needed and I would recommend again."

"I’m the A/V tech for my church and when we decided that the old computer just could not keep up with the new needs of live streaming our service, I looked hi and low for a computer that could handle our needs but not break the bank. When I stumbled apon magic micro I knew I hit a gold mine. It may have taken my hours pouring over the little details that most other people don’t need (does this motherboard have enough pci slots for me) but I was looking for some very particular features that most off the shelve computers don’t have/need. All in all I spent 1300 on a. Imputes that anywhere else would have been 2500. The biggest kicker was when the rep emailed me and asked very specific questions about my computer that needed addresses. I had forgot to match my ram speed to the cpu but with her help it all runs like a dream. "
"The computer was purchased as a gift and after a few days it was on fire. It was a scary situation . Sparks were coming out of the computer and the fans stopped working. I paid for extra fans that were recommended and professional wiring that was also recommended so this shouldn’t have happened. I’m mailing the computer back and getting a refund."

"Over the past years I have purchased 3 other PCs from MM, always a good value and excellent customer service.
This recent purchased did not disappoint, the unit arrived quickly but DOA. The problem was escalated to tech support and determined the unit was dead and MM issued a return authorization. A repaired unit was returned 3 days later and MM covered the shipping.

"At first everything seemed fine . I payed for 1-2 day processing couldn’t wait to get my computer I was so excited ! I put my order in on Sunday May 30,2020 on Wednesday the 3rd of June I received an email stating that my computer would be shipped late that afternoon if not on Thursday the 4th . On Friday the 5th I received an email from Elena trying to sell me upgrades , I respectfully declined . I asked Elena on Friday when the computer was going to be shipped and if I’ll be receiving a tracking number for my order , she replied with yes you will receive the tracking by 7:30 that Friday evening... I said great ok that’s fine ...
they are closed sat and Sunday’s still nothing on the tracking number ??? I then called again on Monday June 8th 2020 asking why I didn’t receive the tracking number . Elena then proceeded to explain to me that the motherboard I selected for my build was stuck in Fedex facilities in Chicago at that point I was quite frustrated with the run around ... Instead of telling me that the motherboard was delayed on Friday they were trying to sell me upgrades instead... go figure...I had just purchased a $1700 computer. Elena became very defensive as I was stating the facts of what she told me ... I then asked to speak with the supervisor his name was Max and at first was apologetic and sorry for the delay . He explained that the board was stuck at shipping facilities and the f I wanted to switch the board to something else that they had in stock that they could do that but honestly I wanted the board I ordered so I had to wait a bit more .. since they did not follow through with the 1-2 day processing I asked for the refund and he gladly said “I can do that”...he told me that the computer would soon go out the next day after they received the board, completed the build and tested the product. Said that I would receive my order on Friday June 12,2020 ... so I said ok... at least he was willing to work with me for the inconvenience. Friday came and still no delivery. Finally late Saturday evening my order was delivered.. after all the inconvenience and delays I was just glad I received my order so I unbox and got to work on hooking it all up and when I final did complete connecting it I powered it on and ............. NOTHING HAPPENED NO DISPLAY so was like Great .... of course they are closed sat and Sunday so I couldn’t even call to ask them what is happening. Quite frankly I didn’t want call them by this point I had lost all trust in these people... I took it to Best Buy to see if it’s was something with my monitor and behold best-buy couldn’t get it to display either ... I then found a local expert and this is what he found .. David,
When you brought your computer in, the PC would display and will not boot into Windows. Every time we tried there would be an error message stating the drive was corrupted. We tried to boot into the Windows recover to repair the start up partition and windows could not do anything. We then used a fresh install of Windows 10 on a USB to try and repair the file system. Still it did not work. The SSD was relocated to another M.2 slot and the 2TB Seagate HDD was unplugged in order to do a fresh install of Windows 10 on the SSD. After successfully installing the OS we plugged the HDD back in and proceeded to download updates and drivers.
Total time to troubleshoot and install Windows 10 took 3.5 hours. We also tuned the computer and benchmarked the PC to make sure everything was working correctly.
Calle and spoke to Max and he told me that he would of been able to trouble shoot over the phone and would take him 10 min to get it working ... how the heck is he going to do that when it didn’t even display in the first place ... he told me the best he can do was give me a $50 discount and still did not receive the
Reimburse for the 1 to 2 day processing fee... I will never purchase from Magic Micro Computers I am sending back this PC and getting a full refund .... I hope "
"After installing a CD\DVD unit and HD the computer booted up fine. But...; after installing Windows 10 from the DVD (for which I paided $109.00), and then attempting activate it I get the following Error:
"We can't activate Windows on this device because the product key was
already used on another device. If you think it wasn'tr used on another
device, select Troubleshoot below. Error code: 0xC004C008"
"If you're having problems with activation, select Troubleshoot to try and
fix the problem".
After running the Troubleshoot I get the message:
"Troubleshoot has completed"
"We weren't able to activate Windows on this device"
"You can activate this device by going to the Store and purchasing a genuine
copy of Windows"
If I could get Windows 10 activated I would rate my evaluation at 5 stars

"I have built several PCs previously with homework and parts to get the best bang for my buck, as opposed to buying one outright.
I was in a unique situation where I was using some new parts mixed with some I had, and magic micro had great bare bones options. They have a better supply than most online retailers at the moment as well.
Customizations options were vast, and ordering was a breeze. Customer service was top notch as well, the sales support wanted to ensure the parts that were missing for a full build. Also gave some sound upgrades I didn't consider. After a email exchange the final build was settled, and they built and shipped it within the stated timeline.
The PC arrived in superb condition, and the installation was done with care. Cable management was on point with zip ties. Boxes and manuals were also included.
Slapped my components in, and already running. If ever I dont feel like building my own again, I would not hesitate to have Magic Mico build out my next rig. Super fair prices as well. They have reaffirmed the good reviews in my case. Will also tell my friends. "
