"I love Magic Micro. I've bought three computers from them now, the first in 2000, the second in 2010, and now I've just received my third a few days ago. Want to know something amazing? They all still work!!! Even the one from 2000, if I plugged it in right now, would boot up with no problems. Both the first two just got too old and outdated for me, so I decided to replace them. These people put together very fine machines, that last a long time, and work as they should. Now, I haven't had to use their tech support since my first computer, but when I did, they were awesome. They worked with me to figure out the problem (caused every single time by Windows XP) and fix it.
I won't buy from anywhere else...unless they go out of business."

"First, I love that I could spend all the time I needed on their website customizing my build. And believe me, I spent a lot of time trying to get to exactly the price range I was happy with while still getting a quality gaming computer that I don't expect to ever have to upgrade. After I placed my order, Elena emailed me and offered some helpful cooling suggestions (larger fans, copper heat sync, thermal grease instead of paste, heat spreaders for the 16 gb ram chips and an additional case fan to assist in cooling off the gpu. After the build, the item was delayed but it was because the technician building my machine noticed some issues with the case I had ordered itself (a dent and a crack apparently). They offered me another case by the same manufacturer that was nearly identical to what I was looking for in the first place and I was happy with that as well. Micromagic built and tested the device and shipped. Even the shipping was exemplary as they put a packaging option in the case that protected the internal components from being joggled around during shipping. The only negative I can give this, and it's really a comment on the site, not a reflection of their service, was that the website never showed that it shipped. Elena did send me the Fedex tracking number. If you have any questions on your order, they are prompt to answer the phone, a little less so on the emails but that's why we have phones.
Once it was here, I fired it up and my smile could have lit up the room even more than the green and red lights emanating from the case. Thanks for a great experience!"
"The shopping was the easy part. It became very difficult when magic micro decided that my bank info was invalid after charging me. They have done nothing but continue to delay me as I would assume they are missing a part for my pc by saying how they have to send verification letters and other things to verify I am the one purchasing the computer. All of this after they have charged my account for the balance. "

"I purchased a case that my son wanted for his birthday and it was supposed to be delivered in 3-5 business days. Over a week goes by and my order still says pending which means it hasn’t even been shipped yet so I contact support about what’s going on. The support then told me that when they were packaging my case they realized that the side panel was cracked and they told me that was the only one they had in stock. Well when were they planning on telling me this happened?? Anyway they offered me another case that was available that they could ship the same night and I was forced to say yes because it was already late for my sons birthday. The support team decided to ignore my email for that day and instead shipped it the next day when I had to email them again about it. After all this trouble I go back to their website and see that they still have the SAME EXACT case that I needed in the first place posted when they told me they were out of stock. This is over 2 weeks later now and I still have not received my package but I’m looking forward to another flaw like my side panel still being cracked anyway."

"The "building a barebones PC" process was very easy on the website and the person we spoke with when we placed a call was very knowledgeable. However, when the PC arrived and we took it out of the box, we heard rattling. When we opened the case up, we saw that the Coolermaster Hyper101 CPU fan was connected only by one mounting pin. The other 3 black pins & clear pin sleeves were laying in the bottom of the case. At the suggestion in an email from Elena, we had ordered an aftermarket thermal grease ($19) and feel like any benefit it might have had was destroyed when the fan lost contact with the CPU. Although my husband and I are seniors, we managed to reconnect the fan back onto the motherboard. And, once we got Win 10 Pro installed, the computer is performing perfectly."

“Dear customer.
We apologize for any inconvenience.
Unfortunately you placed order without providing any information for credit card billing address. Providing correct billing information is crucial for purchase security. With online purchases we can’t check customer ID. Correct billing address is the only way we can verify that transaction is legit and credit card information was not compromised.
At checkout page, our website specifically says “If your shipping address is different from billing: Please call the telephone number on the back of your card to register your "alternate shipping address", otherwise we will automatically ship your purchase to the billing address for protecting our customers from online fraud. Please register your physical address if you own a PO box (UPS does not deliver to po boxes)”.
Unfortunately you chose to ignore it and did not provide billing address at all. It took 10 days and 3 separate emails before we were able to receive you billing adders yet your shipping adders still unconfirmed.
It is completely untrue that we do not have parts for you order. We had your custom system ambled and ready to go last week. We could not ship it because if address issues. We offered to ship your order to verified billing adders yet you refused. We also offered to verify shipping address VIA certified letter yet you refused this offer as well. I am not sure why shipping to billing adders was such problem because it is located less that 10 min away from shipping location.
We apologize for the incontinence but we can’t mail $1000 worth of merchandise to unconfirmed location. We issued full refund back to you credit card.
