"Still don't have it because FedEx keeps coming by early. If it had been sent UPS I could have picked it up at the office near my house. I do not remember an option for shipping."
"Could have done without all the pushing to buy more."
"After having an unpleasant experience with another company, I gave Magic Micro a try. I am very happy with their service and support. I ordered a custom system on July 26th. A few days later I got an e-mail asking about my configuration. At first I thought it was an upsell but it actually turned out to be great customer service. Our correspondence centered around the use of the computer and they made great recommendations for changes to my specified configuration. On August 9th, I received the computer and it is running great. I am happy they made suggested changes based on my requirements. I would definitely do business with them again."

My experience with Magic Micro was not a good one at all! To start , I ordered what I needed to build my first computer. My IT guy picked the pieces I needed and gathered them up at checkout and made the payment, easy enough right. Got confirmation through email all was good, so I thought . Three to four days later I haven't received anything about the order so I checked my bank and the money was still pending so I called them directly. A lady answered the phone , she stated her name was Elena. I asked about my order. She said they were busy picking the order and when it's built they would contact me. I was like no, it said in email 2 to 3 days if it's just parts and I paid for 2 Days shipping as well. She began to argue, "We don't send parts we build them here"! I answered well we didn't know that and why are you being rude. She argued more with much unprofessionalism. I then stated just refund my money and she said "already the payment cleared". I checked my bank and I was charged twice for the order. I called back she answered again. I explained to her she charged me twice for the computer. She hastly said it must been a glitch in the system. I advised her to fix it, 2,784 doubled isn't good to my account. Called my bank tried to explain and my card got locked had to wait on a new card. I did call back and spoke with a guy from assembly. He was real cool. He explained to me about there process and made me feel better about having them continue to build it for me, despite Elena's attitude. Meanwhile they are building my computer and Im waiting 5 more days. On the 26th, Elana sends email to upsale me on heat paste and heat shrouds around 108 bucks and more waiting. August 2, I finally get my package just to find a huge puncture in the side of box. Very little packing in a thin box. 60 pound computer in just a thin box with hardly any packing to protect the sides of the computer? Well driver was like it shouldn't hurt it. I open it up and big dent in side of my computer it was awful. My first real expensive computer just looking like a car crash. Contacted Elena and she sounded the same, snarky, she said will send a repareplace panel. I'm like will there be an email or time frame and like nothing but" yeah email," and hung up. Not a good experience at all. Had I knew this would be such a hassle I would not have purchased my computer there!! If someone is going to spend alot of money, your service should exceed that customers expectations. I'm still waiting on a replacement door for my computer hope they make it right. I will continue to write about my experience with Magic Micro computers and give full review on the PC itself soon.
Update** They sent me a replacement panel and it arrived safely. I had to send the damaged one back. I installed my grapphic card in computer to test the PC itself. It worked fine. Another thing would have been useful would have instructions on activating windows. It kept prompting me to purchase windows which I already have. Had to activate using key. I'll raise my rateing to 3 stars. Focus point should be on communication, customer service, better packaging for shipping."
"This is my first order with MagicMicro but I have to say, I'm pretty happy with it. The follow up email from Elena made sure to give me a timeline and verify the order. I also got some upgrade recommendations (I know, I know... up-sells, right?) that made a lot of sense and I'm glad I got a chance to add a cooling fan before the unit shipped (saving me the work of having to do it myself after). All of the options (though I didn't take any others) were reasonably priced and very well explained. When the PC shipped I got a tracking number via email.
The PC arrived well packaged and when I cracked the case open it was very well put together, the cable routing was clean and well organized. It booted right up and all of the latest Windows updates were already applied (nice touch).
I used to buy DELL PCs for home and shop but I'm going to be ordering from MagicMicro from now on. Good quality components, solid assembly and great customer service for a decent price. Works for me.
I'd absolutely recommend this vendor.

"My boyfriend's computer was an old HP Tablet setup that he was using because he couldn't afford anything else. I got him one of Magic Micro's Budget Gaming PCs for $500 and change and just today we did one of the new raids in Final Fantasy XIV and, to quote him: "I wasn't eating AoEs! I was actually able to do mechanics! It was beautiful... ;-;"
He went from 7fps during that boss to a solid 40-50. Not a full 60fps, but for the gamer on a budget its just the right price and just the right PC."
"I have not worked enough with this new unit to say much. This is the second computer I have built with them. This one is to replace the one I built 5 years ago. I am not having any problem with the old one but am treating myself. I expect to have a good experience with the new one.
As for service both with the old unit and the new unit working with the staff to design what I wanted has been nothing but great."
"They make promises, but don't keep them.
They leave out parts and put the wrong parts in.
They excel at making excuses and apologizing, again and again.

"They built the pc with the components but also helped me with my pc build with some extra options. The shipment was fantastic! Fedex brought my pc 4 days later.
Thanks so much for the helpfulness and quick responses."
"My teenage son bought a computer and it took weeks to arrive. When it did of course it didn’t turn on. We sent it back, when it finally came back of course, it didn’t turn on. My son has been waiting 5 weeks for a computer. And still don’t have one that works. Of course they have not returned our emails yet. "
"I stumbled upon this website and after noticing that there were many positive reviews I decided to give them a try.
I was totally impressed by the ease in which to make my purchase, the immediate communication with customer support when a question needed to be answered, and the on time delivery. Packaging was superior, tracking was forthcoming, and my Desktop PC more than met my expectations."
"I have been buying from Magic Micro for over 10 years now and this is the first time I received a unit not tested. If they had tested it I would have not lost 4 hours trying to trouble shoot a brand new computer. It turns out the Bios for the motherboard was over a year out of date and that was preventing windows 10 from installing. What a waste of time."
"I configured, ordered and paid by PayPal. When returned to magic micro website, all ordering & shipping info returned null. I called magic Micro before submitting and nobody knew what I was talking about. I ended up submitting based on their telling me it would be ok. Frustrating to submit paid order unsure what I was submitting. Also, took longer then anticipated (7 working days), and upset they wanted to charge extra for professional wiring. A expensive system doesn't include professional wiring?
I am satisfied with computer."
" After ordering my new system I was contacted by customer service with suggestions for more cooling than I had ordered. I did decide to add more cooling fans. The hardest part of the experience was the waiting for my system to be built and shipped but was well worth it! Would buy from again but hope not to for several years, this one shouldn't become outdated for a long time."
"I purchased a MagicMicro computer back in 2011 and it was great. When it needed replacing after eight years I looked to MagicMicro again. The components I chose didn't quite match up so I was contacted and the service personal helped me make the changes. The computer was set up as I wanted and delivered in a timely manner. I have had it five days and the biggest problem has been adapting from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
I am very pleased both with the computer and the service."
