"I love this type of company. All the advantages of building a custom system without the pain in the **** of actually building it. (Like a decade ago when I would have to hope I did not bend a CPU pin putting it on the motherboard or crack the CPU while mounting the fan.) New system 512GB SSD plus 5TB SATA, 16 GB of RAM for like $750. On my old machine just last week it took me about 45 minutes to install Linux Mint Cinnamon. This new beast clocked in at just under 5 minutes! You pick your build and then they contact you back within a day to tweak it a little. Only a small nit in the whole thing. Metal tab from the case was IN the HDMI slot instead of UNDER it. Nipped it off and moved on. Not at all worth deducting a star."

"Of all the custom sites I checked this was by far the best. It's range of choices was large. Each item included important descriptive information to be able to make an informed choice. You can build the computer you want then save that build for later in case you want to make any changes.
One fault is that after you pay for your build you will receive an e-mail with a few other options that you can include. It would be better to offer these options on the site itself so you would have the time to consider and or research them. The site itself is very clean, not cluttered with a bunch of useless graphics. The process is very simple and straight forward."

(I've only had one issue when ordering from them where a video card and motherboard were damaged in shipping in an almost bare bones system. They rebuilt the whole system for me.) They also take the time to make sure your configuration choices are optimal. I have nothing but good things to say about them and will look to them again when replacing my wife's PC in the next year or so. They try to upsell some options in a follow up email but there is no pressure or anything. These are just suggestions and state that in the message. There was a problem with my configuration and I got an email from them stating the problem and solutions that they suggested and to call them and let them know the tech was very helpful and nice and stated that most of the things were only suggestions to make the computer f=run faster and more efficient except that I picked the wrong motherboard for the components I wanted on it. I changed that and a few other things but she was really polite professional and very helpful in explaining things and differences to me.
