"The computer is awesome, once I got it. Took four days to reroute the shipment to be able to sign the release from UPS. Security is necessary, but forcing the expenditure of the equivalent of twice the cost of the computer in time getting it to where I could sign for it, is unconscionable. There has to be a better way. Not a happy camper."

"This is the first computer, in about 20 years, that I actually enjoyed buying. I've been buying HPs because they allow a minimum amount of customization. But with MagicMicro, I was able to customize just about every aspect of the system. And, their customer service was top notch in keeping me on track.
For anyone who wants some say over what components are going into the box, and doesn't appreciate having all of your resources being eaten up by factory installed bloatware, then MagicMicro is the only way to go. BTW: I am not a gamer, I just needed a computer that could handle very large files with ease. I think I found it."
"The CPU Fan was NOT properly Seated. The Case Fans where not connected. The SATA connector to the Blu-ray drive was not connected. This was my 4th purchase from them so I was quite disappointed. But, I will probably purchase a custom system from them again. (3 for 4). Oh by the way - my system ROCKS"
