"Received computer I purchased and the power supply had surges and kept rebooting. Windows had trouble when it did boot. Nvidia wasn't installed. It kept showing code 43. I called and they told me that they would send me a new computer as soon as the I received was on the way back through UPS. They didn't send the new one back towards me until a day and a half later. Not only that I payed extra money for the 1-2 business days and they sent the new computer back ground, so I still haven't received it and the tracking shows that I won't get it til the 11th. I had spoken with someone else on the 4th I believe and told him that I payed extra money for the expedited service and he said that he saw that on my original purchase and would talk to a manager and see what they would do for me. I still haven't heard anything. I'm a very unhappy customer, and will probably not use your company when I build my wife's computer this summer or any of my other builds. I hope somebody makes this right."
