Unfortunately, the vendor did not bench test the computer very thoroughly as the large cpu heatsink was not working. The computer cpu chip would hit 100 deg C just in the Bios Boot phase. Heatsink ($50) was defective in the mount or contact with the cpu chip (can't tell which-it looks ok). Reinstalling it carefully with proper minimal amount of thermal compound did not help. Replaced with $20 heatsink from Fry's and all is well now. "
