"This was my 3rd computer from these guys. A pretty high end build, was notified rght after ordering the system that the graphics card was rather large so they would prefere to ship with it uninstalled, I agreed to this. Their normal build time is 3 to 5 buisness days, my system took almost 9 buisness days for a couple reasons, one the motherboard i ordered was on a 2 week lead time so I chose to upgrade the board for a little bit more money. After this was taken care of they had issues with the processor, so they had to put a new one in. After that was all said and done, the agreed to upgrade my shipping for me to Priority mail, package was shipped and received quickly with one minor flaw, the graphics card was installed. The card is so large that dring shipping it bounced and ended up breaking the PCI Express slot which it was installed in. I called they said they would start working on a new system for me immidietly and that would take 2 days. Once again they had issues with the Processor, added another day to that build. When I called about the breakage the CSR said they would ship this one fast as well, but when I got my shipping notification it was UPS Ground at 5 EST on a friday. I called try getting the shipping upgraded but the shipping person was unable to offer any solution due to the supervisior had already left. So I am stucck waiting for my sytem till most likely Thursday for it to arrive if not Friday. From the date i ordered this computer it will be almost a month before I will be able to use it. I am very disappointed in my experince this time. I like this company i think they have a good product for the price they offer it at. Unfortunatly this experience has left a taste in my mouth that I do not want to taste again. This could be the lat computer I order from them."
