"Ordering process was a bit complicated as the configuration selected on website apparently wasn't all compatible so we needed to make some changes after the initial order, and also one of the components ordered was not available so I had to switch one. "Well, This was my second purchase from Magic Micro and let me tell you..this computer is a beauty. I order it on a Thursday and had it the following Tuesday! Every person I talked to was extremely helpful, I believe it was Allan and Ed I talked with and their customer service is top notch. I had only one problem that Mr.Ed helped me with and that was the heatsink I order did not work properly and my temps were reaching 100 Celsius under load...I went and bought a new one from bestbuy and installed it and problem solved! I asked them to refund my money for the heatsink that was defective and they did immediately with no problems. Overall I would consider to be one of the best if not the best computer companies to buy from! I LOVE MY COMPUTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "
