"Awful experience. My sink order was received in a timely manner, but was not correct. I had ordered a brushed rim, adn I received a polished one. Customer support was very helpful and the return process was easy. However, when I received the replacement, not only was it wrong again, it also was damaged. I was repeatedly told that the manufacturer was not responding to their requests for a replacement. My business is with Main Faucet, not Ticor. I was told at least 5 times that the replacement was being shipped, but each time, nothing was. In my opinion, Main Faucet needed to send the replacement and then deal with Ticor and not put me in the middle. Good prices don't mean a thing if the customer can't get what is ordered. I requested a full refund and am currently waiting for a response."
"Awful. I purchased a small hook on August 3. It was supposed to ship within 24-48 hours. On August 8 I call them and they tell me, "good news -- your order has been processed!!!" Then they tell me it will ship in two days! I ask whether they could at least overnight it in two days, and they say no. I asked for a refund. Hopefully they will, as promised. The worst.
Edit: I didn't get the refund. So I called again, and got this email on August 13: "I tracked this order, and looks like the item got shipped out the day after you requested cancellation . . . If you would like to return this item, please reply to this email stating so and I will setup an RMA . . . ." This was a week before our wedding, and I didn't have time to deal with it, so I just kept the product. It now decorates my drawer."
"I ordered a sink from Main Faucet. The sink arrived in a timely manner and was exactly what I ordered but then the horror began. I live in Austin, TX where Main Faucet is headquartered. To avoid paying shipping charges I chose to pick up my order from their location. I was called the day after I submitted my order to let me know that the item I wanted was not in stock and would need to be ordered. I was given the choice of still picking it up at their location or having it shipped directly to my home. I chose to have it delivered to my home. I was never told of any additional charges this would cause.
After delivery, the shipping company invoiced me for $100 (which is more than the sink even cost). Main Faucet offers free delivery on all orders over $99. If I would have known I was going to be charged for shipping I would have ordered $20 of more product to make my order over $99.
I have reached out to Main Faucet 5 separate times by phone and email. I have been told a different story every time, from they will take care of it to a manager will have to call me back (still waiting 3 weeks later). I would NEVER buy from Main Faucet again!"

"It's Thursday and just received the correct faucet from MainFaucet. They fixed this mistake as fast as they possibly could. I have no issues with this company and will use them again.
Spoke to rep on phone, on Monday. They said they would sent out replacement ASAP with label with which I can send back the wrong one. I'm waiting to hear if this has been done.
Product came promptly, but in polished chrome and order clearly states brushed nickle. Just sent email to the company about what to do next...look for my update regarding how this was resolved."
