Honestly, my experience was NEGATIVE.
FYI:
1. MainFaucet’ message: Your Order #MF321102-1 (placed on November 29, 2011 1:45:13 PM CST) First delivery has been scheduled for Dec.5, then company re-scheduled for Dec.9 and then continue reschedule - four times! Finally, company fails to deliver the order within the schedule time: they never call us to inform for changing date - simply did not deliver on scheduled time (I had to take a day off from work). When I called a delivery company they did not return my calls. In short, we never received this order but company still has info on Internet for delivery time: now it’s Dec.27-a MONTH later after the original order.
2.We "re-ordered" an item because our first order is "wild in a system" – they do not know where is it. Today is December 19 - I talked to MainFaucet’s support team to clarify the delivery date - they guaranteed delivery by December 22, 2011. We will see…
3. I have to admit, MainFaucet’s people were nice but the shower door is still not at home. I have decided to call it Positively Negative as I guess that is what it is.

The mis-sent item was Call Tagged from Washington, DC, after sitting there 3 WEEKS.
December 13th it arrives, with a bent corner and as I said, now out-of-stock.
Great price, poor follow-up, will not shop here again.

"We purchased a bathroom vanity from MainFaucet in Aug. of this year. The vanity arrived damaged with a dent and discoloration along the surface of one of the drawers. MainFaucet wanted us to accept a replacement drawer and fix the unit ourselves but we declined. The unit already had two drawers that were significantly different from the other four and we didn’t want to add yet another different looking drawer. We also did not think it was incumbent on us to fix the vanity given its price of over $1000.
We therefore asked to return the vanity per the policy in effect at the time, which clearly stated that defective items could be returned at no cost to the buyer. MainFaucet were initially reluctant to accept the return but eventually agreed. However, we had some further problems and unnecessary delays with the subsequent return process, culminating in an initial charge of 25% of the cost of the item being imposed for damages supposedly incurred in the return shipping.
We disputed these charges and filed a complaint with the BBB but, to their credit, MainFaucet did agree to refund them and apologized for the problems we had experienced.
MainFaucet's prices are reasonable and they certainly shipped the item promptly, but they should have made the return process shorter and less difficult and aggravating.

"Main Faucet is the absolute worst. I only gave them 1 star becuase there is no lower rating available. After waiting over two months for my faucet, it did not meet my expectations. They refuse to take it back. I have sent numerous emails and have left messages with them. They will not respond to messages unless prompted several times. Do yourself a favor and avoid them."
