"After comparing prices on a Nikon 6473 Buckmaster 6-18x40 SF Matte BDC scope, I found that ManVenture was quite a bit cheaper than others. So I ordered the scope and within minutes I had a confirmation email sent to me.
I was able to track the item from there via their website. Then when it shipped I was immediately emailed a UPS tracking number.
I even compared their shipping costs versus our corporate UPS account and found that they were right in line.

"I had an excellent experience with this company. I ordered a Nikon Spotting Scope (ProStaff 20-60x82)... they had it in stock, shipped when promised, arrived when promised. All for about $140 less than the other vendors. I didn't have a return/restock/customer service experience with them because the order was processed etc straight through without any hang-ups. They are certainly less expensive than other online retailers, at least when it comes to spotting scopes. I'll definitely use them again."

"I ordered on a Sunday night with Expedited shipping, which they claim ships within 1 business day. I waited for a tracking number and none was received Monday. I emailed and stated my concerns and they said that it would ship today (Tuesday). It did ship, Tuesday night, which is 2 business days! Now I am scheduled to receive my package 5 days after placing my 3 day shipping order. They emailed me back Tuesday, but were quite terse and didn't seem to care one way or the other I had ordered and payed extra for quicker shipping. I doubt I will be ordering again. By the way, there is a hidden fee for shipping and insurance that does not calculate under google shopping that adds to the total price, so they may not be as competitive as they seem.
I would also like to comment on the other reviews on google about Manventureoutpost. Most have a sense of being phony. I cannot quite place a finger on it, but it seems like everyone gave them a five star Prozac rating...seems a little rigged to me. Just my humble opinion! I will update if my opinion changes or my experience worsens as I haven't received my package yet.
UPDATE: The order came late as I thought. I had to send item back to the manufacturer as the item I ordered was not functioning properly. It looked to have the appearance of a factory second. Fortunately the manufacturer (Cold Steel) has REALLY GREAT customer service.
I will never order from Man venture Outpost. I did receive an email from them later stating asking what they could do to make it up to me, after my package shipped late. Well for starters they could have shipped it to me over night...but it was too late. "

"Beware an online retailer with a "restocking fee"! I did not read the fine print and like many just chose the cheapest price I could find for a specific knife. Furthermore, there is no phone number so if you want to change an order or cancel quickly, you have to wait for an e-mail response. I tried to change an order immediately, but by the time I got a response it had shipped.

I will not waver on the "restocking policy" and how bad for business I think it is. However, I am going to change my view on this company's customer service. After talking with them further, they offered to refund the restocking fee which I thought was admirable.
I hope they consider abolishing the fee because their selection is pretty good.

Our return policy is clearly outlined on our site, and then again you were advised the policy during the return process before you sent your item in. If you had an issue with the policy, we could have worked something out prior to your return so you wouldn't be dissatisfied with your experience.
It should be noted we shipped the item the same day you ordered it, and you didn't contact us about changing the order until after it had shipped. The few dollars you saved was actually $130 off retail. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.”
