"Shipping was fast (ordered Sunday night, received the following Thursday via UPS Ground) and the price was great - probably the lowest price for the item I could find on the 'net. At first I was worried I might have been sent a refurbished item, but everything appears to be good & new! The only complaint I have is that Manventure Outpost includes a separate "packing and insurance" charge in addition to the shipping charge. This charge doesn't show up in the initial shipping estimate, and is somewhat sneakily tacked on at the very end of the order. Other than that, good service and I would use them again."

So in less than 10 hours of dealing with my first transaction with this company a lot has transpired on my issue here! I've already positively adjusted my opinion drastically because of extremely quick responses from customer service. My items still aren't in stock but they've followed thru checked out why and have given what I consider to be very legit answers. I feel that I unjustly left a poor review {at first} especially since I didn't contact customer service before leaving that review. That happened because I received an email 3 hours after ordering stating that my items were back ordered. In that email there was a link to leave a review & I decided I was going to strike back. I did so unjustly! I like their customer service and plan to watch for stock to come in and reorder my mags. I'm pretty sure that I'm not going to find a better price on them from any other place. I would like to suggest to anyone else that if you should have an issue with them to contact their customer service department before leaving a review. They were quick to respond to my issue! "
"I will NEVER order from them again. Placed initial order on Sunday. Checked on Monday and was told that I did not place an order. Reordered again on Monday. My bank account was immediately charged. Today is Thursday night, order still shows at warehouse. So much for fast shipping. Can't even call them, no tel. number listed on website. Still waiting for email response."

"If this were a "star" rating system, I would give them 4 out of 5. Prices and selection are great. E-mails concerning the order status were answered immediately. My only issue was with the time it took to ship, but that could be related to the holiday timeframe. I would also ask them to work on their method for updating order status. That said, I will order from them again."

I disagree with a customer having to call to ask what going with your orders. Why go shopping somewhere where you even get one bad feeling.
Update: The company sent me a update 10/13/09 stating the item was shipped on 10/12/09. However, their system did not update the status until 10/13/09. So if your a customer and wondering it appears that their system does not automatically update when the item is shipped.
Update 10/16/09: package arrive today and it looked good. I am very delighted to find that there prices were extreme low without any issues. I cannot comment on their return policy as other have, but almost a full Internet vendors (has no physical store) have a restocking fee. So my final review is that the website does not give may give customers an uneasy feeling but it safe. So I recommend that you go to other websites to do your product research and go here to buy the items unless you like spending extra :)
I spend $700 for two high end air rifles for my child and saved $200 from having to purchase it from pyramydair.com (normally the lowest). So now that I will purchase additional equipment from this website shortly with less anxiety.
