"I placed an order for one item and quickly got an email response. Unfortunately, the email response said "item no longer available" - the order was cancelled as quickly as I had placed it. Beware of ordering if you need items quickly or are price shopping. The seller may not actually have the item at all, and in my opinion should do a much better job of maintaining items and inventory on the website."

I was skeptical so I googled reviews on the website, and surprisingly, they looked legit. So I ordered the tent on Sunday, received an email that they'd received my order right away; Monday - got an email saying it was being processed/packed; Tuesday - got an email saying it was shipping and was given a tracking number (UPS); arrived on Thursday. I received two email status' which read in this order: Shipped, and then a second email a half hour later stating, Shipping/Pulling - your order has not shipped yet. It is now March 9th, and my order hasn't been shipped as of yet. I logged into my account on their site, and my status is still the same regarding my order which is still dated on the 4th. I have sent them an email about my order but no response. *Edited to add* I have received a response, and my order has shipped with an explanation as to why it took a while (1-3 business days before shipping).
