"Good News is....I just past the Captains License test today 07-11-2015.....But....I will say that there were a few errors in my study materials that made things very frustrating until I knew what I was doing enough to realize that the book had mistakes & it wasn't me just getting it wrong. Also....there were several questions in the "actual" final exam that were not covered in any way through out the entire Mariners Learning System. that being said. If you study enough & have a good understanding of the materials ...most people who do this will be successful."
