"I ordered a double layered mat. The outer mat was larger than the listed size and did not fit in the frame, which was a standard sized frame. I had to use a straight edge and a sharp blade to try and trim the edge. It does not look professional, as the other ones do that I ordered."

"The cardboard package the matboard came in is simply not enough protection! And putting a small label saying "do not bend" doesn't do anything to stop a shipper from tossing a heavy box on top of it. So, the result is I have a mat that came out of the envelope with a bulge where it was bent. If you're for to use this kind of packaging, use cardboard that's more substantial. "
