"We ordered a mattress 17 weeks ago and are still waiting for it to be delivered. The site has good prices, but the discount is absolutely not worth ordering through this company. We have literally spent hours of correspondence on the phone and emails just trying to get our shipment.
So far, we have exchanged over 40 emails with the company. The lack of professionalism and care is so frustrating. It has been a truly disgusting experience.
We spent several thousand dollars on a smart base and mattress. However, we would have paid double the asking cost in a brick and mortar store than to have gone through this mess. We love discounts and are known as patient people, but this company has asked for far too much patience than the worth of the discount. "

"I ordered three mattresses over the phone on 7/13/2021, then I found a typo in the delivery address in the invoice. I emailed the customer service the next day and was confirmed by one of the representatives by email that the corrected address was received. Since then, I didn't hear any update from US-Mattress until I called on 7/28/2001. To my surprise, the address in the system was still not yet updated. Finally, I got an email from another representative stating the address is corrected in the system and the mattresses will arrive at the warehouse on 8/9/2021. On 8/9/2001, I checked again and was told the mattresses did arrive in the local warehouse. I followed up to the "Ryder Last Smile", the shipping company that US-Mattress contracts with. To my dismay, the delivery address was not updated in the shipping company system, it's still showing the wrong address. When I asked them to change, the shipping company said they had to get the approval from US-Mattress, which will take 1-2 business days! Another disappointment is only two mattresses arrived in the warehouse, not three! It's been over three weeks since I placed the order and paid the full amount, and I still have not received the mattresses, let alone the wrong address that passed to the shipping company never been corrected! By the way, I even could not track my order in the system, whenever I entered the email and confirmation number ( I ordered by phone), it shows "Order status information not available". Given how much I paid for the mattresses, the whole experience is extremely disappointing! Another glitch is US-Mattress sent me an email on 7/28 after my follow-up call saying that the Pillows I bought will be delivered on 7/29, which I didn't receive at all. But the UPS tracking system indicates that it has been delivered at Met Customer, obviously, it has been sent to the wrong customer!!"
