"Some things didn't go smoothly with my May order but US Mattress stayed on the case and helped me through it all. This overall review is more of a 4.5. Since US Mattress knew of reported delivery issues, my feedback is if possible, turn off the the automated computer request for a review of the item: it is annoying to get that when a delivery did not occur. The challenges were on the delivery and warehouse end of White Glove service, something that I don't believe US Mattress was responsible for, so I am grateful that they chose to help me communicate with the delivery company -- I very much appreciate the support of the US Mattress customer service, in particular Sandy and Melanie. It appears to be a very big company but they were able to personalize customer service and help reduce some of the stress of being without a mattress set from June to early September, the summer months following an out of state move. Part of the first shipment was lost and after reasonable amount of search time, US Mattress authorized a reshipment, which cost them, I imagine. I am grateful for the reshipment and for the assistance with tracking my order. The foundation and mattress feel comfortable. I hope they will last a long time. Thank you. "
