"TLDR; Items showing "In Stock" are actually "Out Of Stock.
Their site says the item is in stock. A week after ordering online I get an email saying it is backordered. I called them and said the site shows it is "In Stock" they said they are having problems with their site. A another week goes by and I get another email saying it is backordered for another two weeks. I called them again and the site is still showing "In Stock. I asked them again why the site is showing in stock and they said they don't know. I would look somewhere else for tools."
"I received the majority of my order but was missing one item. After calling in more than one, going back and forth on emails, and waiting several days, I finally found out the item was on backorder. None of the emails indicated there was a backorder and until the last phone all I did not get any indication there was a backorder. In addition they could give me no indication of when to expect the backordered item. The addition of a packing slip could have made this much easier."
