"First I would like to clarify my order was time sensitive so I specifically made my research to make sure the product I ordered was in stock, then I proceeded to buy it with a standard shipping (3-5business days). I was patient for the first three days of an order status: AWAITING SHIPMENT. I called Prime Buy for the next 3 days in a row waiting for the shipping to begin and tracking to be sent. Not until a week after I get a call from them saying the product is back ordered and will not arrive until three weeks later. With this information I instantly cancelled the order and had to buy the product somewhere else with a much higher price since demand was high and supply really low. Instead of a cancellation I get an offer for them to wait for the product to arrive and get a $50 discount which is the same coupon available to use when you make a purchase of this amount, it sounded kind of insulting but I respectfully said no I would like to have a cancellation and return. 24 hours later I see no cancellation email has been sent and I had to call again. This time I made sure they sent my cancellation confirmation email, however the cancellation process has taken over 24 hours and a week later my product was ordered. Overall I thank for their fast response, but ended up loosing money for the long time they take to check stock availability and Order status, but if that is the case they should have offered me a better resolution for my case. I am currently waiting for cancellation and hope this serves better for future clients, and hope one day I will be able to work with Prime Buy."
