I cannot recommend Megazip after the poor experience I had with them.

"On 27/8/2022 I purchase Toyota part 55302-60020-B1 and paid immediately via Paypal.
I did not receive any email confirmation of my order besides the Paypal payment email.
After a few days I wrote to Megazip asking for confirmation of my order. No reply
Another few days passed and I wrote again. Again No Reply

On the 2/9/2022 my money was refunded by Paypal with no explanation or correspondence from Megazip

This company is the worst.

Please, be informed that we tried to contact you via e-mail, yet we've received a notification that our message cannot be delivered to your address due to the certain settings you've installed. We assume that you haven't received order confirmation letter for the same reason.

"This second review for me for same order and no comment from mega zip so far, I made order dated 27 April 2022 and maximum delivery date is 12 July , the shipment is pending for acceptance in USPS United States dated 3 June so far , I communicated with order manager a lot of times to follow and get answer but I am getting same answer that megazip sent several requests to usps to get the shipment update but they are not get any answer “ funny “ , I waited until 12 July is passed to ask for refund but I shocked from mega zip answer that they can not refund my money until get official answer from usps that the shipment is lost “ very funny “ , so I have to wait even a year or more to get my money which is hold until usps answer. This is first time to see this policy in my life. The delivery is the seller responsibility as per delivery estimated date mention in the order and the customer should refund his money back if the order is not shipped till that date but with mega zip is different, you will lose your money if you don’t receive your order, it’s not respect the order conditions, therefore I will ask my bank to do charge back process to refund my money and the bank will raise the issue with visa international organization as I mentioned in my communication emails with mega zip , for just note , mega zip does not care to do that , while I will charge back under title of fraud because it’s actually fraud and visa international will block their business accordingly , I hope this review will help me to get my money without destroying this company business."

I Order some parts and they cancel my order for no reason

"I order some parts, and they told me they were on backorder, I didn't see a problem, I was even ready to purchase other parts and make a second order, and all of a sudden I get an email telling me that my order that I have already paid for was canceled and my card refunded...WTH!
Terrible and disgusting, I will wait to buy them from a friend of mine who use to work in Gables Honda who can give me a huge discount, I'll never buy from these people again.!

OUT OF DARE DATA BASE

"I was asked for a VIN # we sent it, the project was to add a Backup Camera to a Toyota Camry 2012- 2014.
These Camry if you don't know came with a Pre-wired socket which allows one to add the backup camera without having to remove the Factory Radio in the models SE and XLE. We also uploaded the supporting pictures showing the connector which is located on the right side of the car in front of the gear selector after the removal of the gear selector covering, small socket to the right on the side of some type of module that is also sitting there; it is white in color and has 4 pins from left to right. After careful research and even asking them to view the supporting VIDEO; I mean we already done the research all we asked them to do was review the supporting Video and help us to find the part.
Amazed by the response we received back was that our DATA BASE says that PLUG Does Not exist, really a few minutes to review a supporting VIDEO and maybe a day or to make a few calls in an attempt of a search.
But just punch up information in your MILLION $ Super Computer,and then say our Computer did not show any DATA Supporting that. WELL not that inspiring for us as we are a team who knows that the computer is only as Smart as the People who puts the information in the Computer.
Researchers are the people who finds solutions not make excuses, MILLION $ minds and Super COMPUTERS but we just rather do RESEARCH and use COMMON Knowledge.

Shipping and mega zip support

"It’s very worst company never see, I dealt with Amazon and ePay without any concern, my order since April and it just delivered almost 10 days back but unfortunately after all that time , the carrier company is pending acceptance for shipment for 10 days so far , I did my best with my order manager to try understand why it’s pending but he/she doesn’t know. So I asked what will be after estimate delivery date pass and I didn’t receive my order , she/ he did not answer, ideally he :she should be told me that we will refund you the money but this is not happened which is make me not trust in this company and whatever you paid you will not able to get it back ."

Worst customer service ever.

"I don't normally do this but i am so frustrated by my experience with Megazip. I purchased a item and have now been waiting for 3 months for it. I have contacted them may times in regards to it and have been told they are waiting for a reply from the shipping company. I have now rang the shipping company myself and with in two days, they seem to think that the item has gone missing. Now contacting Megazip with this information they are now telling me that i now have to wait for the shipping company to investigate this and for them to refund them for the lost item before I will be refunded. This is the worst service ever. I know that the item becoming lost is not there fault but it is the job to ensure that the customer receives what he has paid for in the recommend time and if not refund there purchase or have another item sent. I run my own business and I would not treat my customers like this. This problem has created a problem for me as my customer is needing this item so we can get his car back on the road. Now i will have to offer my customer a discount on his repairs as good will for the delay in parts which has not been my fault. There will now be further delay in sourcing the required parts. As a business owners we have to **** things up to times to keep happy customers. I don't think that I am out of line with what I am saying.
Hope others have had better experience.

Not trust worthy company.

"I should have read the reviews before ordering from this company. It happened exactly like other reviewers said. I ordered a part cost over $3000 the shipping cost originally was charged for $75, then a week later it came back with a message saying that I need to pay $450 to get it ships due to the part being oversized. Since I need the part so bad, I agreed to pay for it. After two more weeks went by and I still didn't receive any shipping notice so I contact the company again and this time they told me I need to pay an additional $1169 to get it ships for the same oversized problem. I got so upset and asked to cancel my order. A few days later they came back with a reduced shipping cost of $565 in addition to the $450 I have already paid. At this point I could not trust this company at all and still request to cancel my order. Luckily, I was able to get my refund back a week later but I would not recommend this company at all due to numerous of other customer complaints."
