"Megazip always lists parts as in stock, until some one buys the part. The thing is, sometimes, especially for old parts, there is no more stock. So the person who purchases from Megazip is the one who gets megazip to check the actual stock. True that megazip returns the money, but It is still frustrating and sad when you think you can buy something but later you are told you cant buy the parts anymore.
For this order, I ordered 7 parts but 5 of the parts were no longer available. And because of me then only the parts are marked discontinued and unavailable. "

"I ordered a part from Megazip in the middle of July (2021), and then ordered another 2 parts at the end of July. I asked the customer service team if I could combine the two parts into the same shipment, since it looked like it hadn't left yet based on the status of the order. They combined the two orders without any question, and were very communicative with me the entire time. I was a little worried, since I was buying parts from Japan, and I live in Canada, but although the shipment took some time, there was no mistakes in the parts shipped, and the time was basically what they said it would be (7-11 business days to process plus the time of shipping, which was maybe another 5 days). I will be going back to this company in the future if I need parts that I can't get in my country, and I would recommend them to other people as well (especially to those who own Suzuki's, as it's hard to get parts in North America now).

There was a caveat to a perfect review, which happened during the payment process. I think there can be a miscalculation in the shipping cost when either a part is too large, or it weighs too much. I wasn't quite clear on why it happened, but they asked me to pay the difference between what I originally paid, and the actual shipping cost. I was actually very worried that this would happen, as I saw another review which mentioned that something like this could happen, however this only happened once, and because there was a discount going on which I missed during my first order, they applied it and the difference turned out to only be like 3 dollars. Even though this happened, I still recommend this company, as the communication process was enough to alleviate my stress, and the parts came through as expected."

"Purchased a part for my Toyota through Megazip. Within 24 hours received a message stating that they miscalculated shipping and that it would be an additional cost. Against my better judgement, I paid the additional $20 for EMS. The next day, I received another message that they miscalculated shipping again and that it would be an additional $80. At this point I told them to kick rocks. They responded stating that they would wave the additional cost and my order would ship immediately. Over a week went by and I just received a message stating that my order has a shipping delay of at least 3 weeks. At this point, I told them to cancel my order. Seriously a joke dealing with this company. I'm sure I would have gotten my part eventually, but between the multiple requests for additional money and the "spontaneous shipping delay" I was not willing to give them my business. I'd look elsewhere personally."
