"I called to verify that a hard drive was in stock, after a person there confirmed it was in stock i went to the website and placed the order. Later that day they sent me a tracking number and told me the drive had shipped. The next day the same person from memory4less calls my company and says, "I'm looking for pricing on a part" then proceeds to give me the exact part number i ordered from him yesterday. After I shockingly tell him that is the part i ordered from him yesterday he fumbles and says "Oh I am looking for 5 now for something else." I gave him the benefit of the doubt and left it at that. Then a few days later over the weekend I get an email from him saying they don't have the drive and asks me if he can ship me a completely different drive which is much cheaper as a replacement. The drive could not be used as a replacement, these guys are complete idiots and don't really have anything in stock. They are even stupid enough to call you to try and order something that they are suppposed to be selling to you. "

"Their ordering system does not show inventory status. After placing an order, it took till the end of next business day to get an email from the sales team that the order cannot be fulfilled."
"This company took my money for a 400GB tape Drive when I ordered it, they kept the money for over 2-1/2 weeks and sent me an email that my drive was shipped the next day with a fedex tracking number and all. I finally called them to find out why my drive was never delivered and they told me after 3 hours that they never shipped the drive, no one was suppose to call me and tell me this, they were misleading that the unit shipped, and had no response about replacement of the drive they never had, or told me they tested it and it failed. Even after their customer service department learned of this, no one called me to tell me. This is the worst online retailer I have ever dealt with, and I was a computer store owner for 17 years. Do not trust them, do not believe that they will ever deliver on what they say! Tom L."
"Company does not reply to emails regarding order status.
Order confirmation email states "Orders placed after 2pm PST are processed the following business day". Going on 3 days now and nothing has been done, other than charging my card.
Website has absolutely NO tools for tracking orders, beyond a few email addresses that apparently do not get checked.
All in all, I'm not comfortable at all with these folks. They seem to have a large amount of negative feedback, and now I can see why. Had I know beforehand, I'd have definitely gone elsewhere."
"I ordered RAM from this site. They were very competitive on the price. I originally ordered the wrong part, but customer service allowed me to switch before the part was shipped. Received shipping/delivery e-mail confirmations. Part received in 7 days. I just installed it, and it works fine. I've had none of the problems described in previous ratings."
"Ordered the exact memory for my computer, 1GB size. Called first to confirm they had it since their website said it was backordered till 1/5. Requested and received overnight shipping. Perfect transaction. Product exactly as advertised. Shipped directly from supplier (Kingston). Installed and works fine. "I used their website to find the RAM specific for my computer, but still the RAM they sent was incorrect, so I then agreed to return it for the correct one. The replacement they sent was the exact same incorrect RAM I returned, and they have ignored all my attempts to contact them ever since. I am now down about $60, have been without the product I need for a long while, and have wasted much time and effort. Do not buy from memory4less. "
"I found the price on this drive and many others listed for $22. After confirming over the phone prior to ordering 3 of them, and after being sent an order confirmation email, I was sent a cancellation. After calling, I was told that virtually every drive I queried part numbers for with the same price, were out of stock. Yet other drives with the exact specs and same manufacturers had their prices changed and we IN stock. But no accomodation could be made. Meanwhile now they have my credit info from my order and I have no product coming my way."
"Ordered memory that was to be delivered in 3 - 7 business days. Called after 7 days to check status of order. Was told the memory was on back order. They arranged to send memory from Kingston rather than have me wait on the back order. Sales person was courteous. Would be nice if their website had live inventory. Other than that, nice service and good prices."
"Customer Representative did not know stock or store policies well. Quoted one price for a CPU, when if fact the price was double. Would not honor his mistaken price, also Customer Rep assured me that I would able to return CPU no questions asked. Part arrived DOA and company say I am SOL. No returns. Web site state otherwise. Company refuses to communicate or offer return incentives. With no communication from the seller, I am going to have to resolve this through legal channels, and report the company as internet fraud. Be very careful with this company, if you think you need to return and Item. Customer Reps communication was recorded, so you would think they would honor the return that I was assured of. A complaint will be filed with the State Attorneys office, as well as the BBB of Anaheim."
"After two days, no update on order. No way to check status on website. Called in and told me there was a "mistake with the script" and the price was wrong even though I clicked through the price FROM pricegrabber. It clearly said "Special Price Today" and "No refund, No Exchange, 2 Kits available."

"I had a very good experience with this store, quite different from other reviewers. I placed an order for a 2GB Kingston memory kit (ECC). I got order confirmation immediately, and it got shipped the next day. I received the exact part I ordered via UPS ground without any problems. I was very pleased with the purchase and would try this store again."

My credit card was debited without the order being shipped, and there is no way to track the orders online from their web-site (after logging into your a/c's). Sent an e-mail requesting status without any luck. Ultimately had to call them and explained the whole process, (4 days after my CC was debited), and managed to get the order shipped. Its sorry state of affairs. Would rather pay the extra 5-10% at newegg/zipzoomfly, than do any business with these folks."
