"I desperately needed some Corsair Registered DIMMS and found these people online. Their ratings seemed decent, so I did order from them. I have to say bottom-line - I did get the DIMMS overnighted to me as I paid for, but I didn't feel real comfortable when they didn't autorespond confirming my online order and wouldn't respond to my e-mails for some time and then when I called couldn't find my order to begin with! They drop shipped the RAM from another company, so I didn't get a tracking number until late that night either. All in all, the RAM is great and I got what I paid for, but their customer service could have been a bit better - maybe I expect too much - really good service is hard to find - but I got worried - apparently without reason, but just a small email confirmation from them would have put me at ease. I paid quite a bit for the BEST RAM, although their price wasn't out of line, it was a lot of money to not get a confirmation about. "
