"I ordered 3 suits for my husband from this site. I thoroughly read the return options on the site before making my purchase. I only ordered because of their statement of a full refund if not 100% happy. I took the chance, ordered, and received my order really quickly, which was great. The not-so-great thing was that every suit was larger than the size I ordered. The sleeves were very long on each suit like they were "long" even though I ordered regulars. The quality was decent and they were well made. I decided to return two suits and exchange one for a smaller size. I paid the shipping back and packed them as I received them. They received the suits and then gave me a tiny fraction of my original payment as a refund. I emailed asking for a breakdown of my refund only to get a one-line response "credit"! I called and asked only to be told they would email me the details. The next email stated, "Your refund was in line with our refund policy. I responded by sending them a screenshot of their own website and had to dispute the payment on my credit card. I then emailed them to return all suits for a full refund as I didn't want to deal with a company that handled their customers so poorly. They still only refunded my 2/3 of my original payment. DO NOT BOTHER purchasing from this company!"

When I asked how to return and get refund, they always came back with x amount of discount to keep the products that I didn't order. They have zero accountability for their mistake. This comes to file a complaint against the vendor MensUSA for failure to comply with my demand to refund the return shipping costs for the return of a mistaken item that they sent, which was unwanted and was priced less than the item I paid for.
11/28/2022 I ordered SKU#11020, a trench coat without a belt for $169 plus shipping for a total of $180. The order showed a photo of the item ordered and paid for.
On or about 12/4/2022 I opened the package I received and found it was the wrong item, SKU#2856, a coat with a belt that sold for $159.
12/5/2022 I emailed the company that the wrong coat was sent and that I wanted to return the wrong item. I indicated that I wanted to get the correct item.
12/5/22 The company responded with an offer of a one time refund of $30 if I would like to keep the item. I responded no thanks. It is the wrong item and requested the return slip/info.
12/6/2022 The company sent an email with return instructions and RMA#RET 20" There was no return shipping label even though it was their mistake.
12/6/2022 I sent the wrong item back to the company via FedEx Ground for a cost of $22.33 for which I demanded credit.
12/28/2023 I filed a fraud complaint with Wells Fargo when I did not get either the correct item or credit for the return shipping.
1/16/2023 I expressed my disappointment in not having heard from the company about correcting the situation.
2/21/2023 I called to follow up with Wells Fargo and they indicated that they were in touch with the company and that I would shortly have $180 credited to my account. However, that amount does not cover the return shipping that I laid out due to the company's error and lack of a return label.
2/22/2023 BBB received my complaint.
3/20/2023 BBB indicated that the company did not respond to my complaint.
I demand the return of the amount of $22.33 for the FedEx charge incurred due to the company's clear mistake.

"I ordered a blazer for a large function I was attending for the holidays. After much anticipation waiting on the jacket to arrive I was totally disappointed once the jacket did arrive. The jacket itself looked great. The issue was the jacket was the size was mislabeled. Obviously I was unable to use the jacket for the function I was attending. The jacket was so small I could not even give it to one of my sons or grandsons. I tried numerous times to have Mens USA send me a return label. The have not, refused to do so, and have hung up the phone on myself and my wife multiple times. Needless to say I still have the jacket in the original packaging and ready to ship back to the company. At this point I am afraid to pay for the return myself that I will not receive the proper credit due me. I would have given a rating of zero but that was not a option. We have also emailed them multiple times and received zero satisfaction from the customer service personnel. Buyer be ware! "
"I gave this this company 1 star only because I think they have fine products at reasonable prices. Zero stars for customer service. I purchased a top coat from them recently. I really liked the coat coat but despite that I ordered my usual size, it seemed to be cut a little large & would have required considerable tailoring. I returned it at my expense plus $25 as I had received free shipping (nearly $60 total or 30% of what I paid for the coat) to exchange it for a smaller size. When I received the new coat it was the same size as the one I returned. Okay mistakes happen. When I contacted them about their error, they refused to pay for return shipping & after several emails back & forth the solution they offered was to give me a $70 credit & I could keep the coat or return it ( again at my expense) for a full refund less a restocking fee. Can you imagine that they would think that having a coat that I would have $160 invested in but couldn't wear or that I could have nothing after an investment of $90+ would make me a happy customer? Yet they have the nerve to say this on their website: "If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality, fit, or fabric of your suit you can return it for a full refund!
We feel compelled and responsible to give you the best customer service. If you don't want to pay those silly prices at the malls, just let MensUSA.com take care of you and we promise you will become a regular customer! "

The correct item was NOT shipped. You sent the same size that I returned though I indicated that I needed a smaller size.

When I called I got Stacy on the phone who claimed to be a supervisor. Stacy the supervisor started yelling at me and would not allow me to speak with anyone else. "Ordered what was pictured as a bright Green vest and pants for kid's prom, as well as a solid color shirt that should have been "free" as advertised.
What was delivered was nearly black it was so dark. Shirt didn't arrive until a week after the vest and pants, too late for prom.
Contacted this scam company to complain about the vest and pants, they offered to let me keep them with a 30% discount. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me since the wrong thing, even discounted, is still the wrong thing!
They then insisted that they sent everything exactly as ordered, even though the description clearly states "GREEN"
Return policy is a joke, they charge you for returns even if it is clearly their error.
This company is clearly a fraud and has many other shell sites as well, so beware in dealing with them or any others like them."
