"My husband and I went to the Men's Warehouse in Wausau, WI yesterday. We had a very pleasant experience considering we needed to buy a suit that very day. The store manager, Tanya was extremely helpful , kind, and patient. She was very knowledgeable about the promotions, the inventory, and sizes that were available in the store. Plus, she had great suggestions to help complete my husband's attire. The quality of my husband's suit is great, Tanya was friendly and professional. We will definitely be returning to Men's Warehouse.

"Pensacola store. Come in to buy a dress shirt. Walked out with 3 shirts. Tristan was great. I really liked his shirt and even though we couldn't find it, he found one similar for me. Tristan is the bomb. Great personality. Great style. Nice to see someone who enjoys his job. Will be coming back again. Tristan made my shopping experience good. I am normally a in and out shopper but he was just easy to deal with verses pushy salesman and l now have three awesome shirts. "

"The worst customer service and experience. If I could give this store a -5 star rating I would. Last Sunday I went to the Men’s Warehouse on SmithRidge in Reno because my father had died 2 days prior. I was not aware at this time about a mandatory mask mandate that has once again been forced on the people. This review is not about debating masks…It is about the extreme lack of professionalism, service, rudeness, and zero human empathy of the entire staff.
As soon as I entered (wearing no mask) the store several employees and sales staff saw me. Not a single one would do more than glance at me and then look away. Nobody came up to me and offered assistance. I would think that this type of retail and service would know that the majority of its customers will require help.
For several minutes I stood there with no offers of assistance and several idle sales staff just gossiping or messing with their phone. Eventually I approached two employees that were chatting. I asked for some help and one of them told me they will not help me because I am not wearing a mask. I explained that my father just died and I was not aware of this mandate. He then smugly replied “too bad but sorry it’s our policy”. I asked if they had a paper mask I could use or something in its place. He told me to get my own mask and offered no solution or even a remote interest in helping me in any way. During this time several employees are just staring and did absolutely nothing. I said I guess I’ll just leave then. He said “yep”.
The callousness and rudeness shown to me was absolutely ridiculous. This place hires entitled rude little punks with no class or social values. They have zero business working anywhere a customer is involved.
I will never go back. I have also informed all of my family, friends, and business associates of my awful experience to ensure they will look at shopping elsewhere always. You’re a waste of retail space.

"I was ordering vests and pants for my groomsmen and myself. I placed an order for half the items because I did not have everyone's size yet. A few days later I placed an order for the rest of the items. I used the same card with the same billing information and the second order was canceled. I was told the billing information did not match. I didn't think much of it and checked all my billing information and placed another order, even checked the billing information again after the order was placed and everything was correct. Again Men's Wearhouse canceled my order automatically because my billing information did not match. "
"Not only was 3 groomsman and father of the bride that had their fitting done at the Greenwood location wrong the father of the bride had to go back to get his tux 3 different times due to the sizing and lack of communication. We were even told that mens warehouse didnt carry a solid black tux. "

"I am an older man and each time I visit the store the sales person always tries forcing me into sizes that I am not comfortable in, the sales person do not listen.
Secondly going with a spouse the sales person can easily up sell you. Initially I give in and purchase the clothes then return them and shop elsewhere. Men Wearhouse is way overpriced.
Twice I have bad experience and doubt I will ever return until sales associates start listening to the customer."
"This is my first time dealing with this company. I bought 4 items, 3 Joseph Abboud Navy Pima Cotton Polo shirts & 1 JOE joseph Abboud Charcoal slim jeans. I received 2 polo shirts in which they were not Pima cotton, they are regular cotton, one of the shirts it was damaged ( the stitching was off leaving a gap on the shirt that you could put 4 fingers in) the company decided to sent a pack of undershirts instead of the jeans. I called customer support to let them know they are no help after speaking with several supervisors I felt like I was treated like a thief ALL I WAS ASKING IS TO HAVE MY MONEY REFUNDED RIGHT AWAY but I was told that they needed the items first. I asked if I could email evidence to show so I can support the reason of my dissatisfaction was not an option. I called the company again since I was satisfied with the results I spoke with Jessica in which she game me an option to email a picture of the damaged & wrong items received I can see she was willing to help till her supervisor Stewart came on the phone and said that they will refund my money once they get they items. I explained im not asking to keep them nor I have asked none of your employees that I spoke with for a discount or keep them all im asking is my money to be refunded right now not an option according to her. This company is very deceiving by putting incorrect info on the items descriptions ( If you are selling Pima Cotton polo shirts, send Pima cotton shirts NOT regular cotton DO NOT try to full your customers by thinking that they don't know the difference between the cottons. Also if the company does not have the item on stock simply let your customer know DO NOT send whatever you want. Check your items before they are shipped to make sure they are not damaged. If your customer call with a complain HELP your customer never said company policy is this or that... company policies are just that but they can be bend specially if the customer is telling you and sending you evidence that shows your company made a mistake. Keep in mind KEEPS THE COMPANY GROWING AND YOUR JOB SECURE."
"Ordered birthday presents to be delivered. Two days after they were supposed to show up find an email in spam saying ordered cancelled - no reason given - just order cancelled. Reach out to customer service online and am told I have to call to find out why the order was cancelled. No thanks - Amazon sells the same items for less. Why ask for a customer's phone number if you aren't going to contact them if there is a problem??"
