"This is my first time dealing with this company. I bought 4 items, 3 Joseph Abboud Navy Pima Cotton Polo shirts & 1 JOE joseph Abboud Charcoal slim jeans. I received 2 polo shirts in which they were not Pima cotton, they are regular cotton, one of the shirts it was damaged ( the stitching was off leaving a gap on the shirt that you could put 4 fingers in) the company decided to sent a pack of undershirts instead of the jeans. I called customer support to let them know they are no help after speaking with several supervisors I felt like I was treated like a thief ALL I WAS ASKING IS TO HAVE MY MONEY REFUNDED RIGHT AWAY but I was told that they needed the items first. I asked if I could email evidence to show so I can support the reason of my dissatisfaction was not an option. I called the company again since I was satisfied with the results I spoke with Jessica in which she game me an option to email a picture of the damaged & wrong items received I can see she was willing to help till her supervisor Stewart came on the phone and said that they will refund my money once they get they items. I explained im not asking to keep them nor I have asked none of your employees that I spoke with for a discount or keep them all im asking is my money to be refunded right now not an option according to her. This company is very deceiving by putting incorrect info on the items descriptions ( If you are selling Pima Cotton polo shirts, send Pima cotton shirts NOT regular cotton DO NOT try to full your customers by thinking that they don't know the difference between the cottons. Also if the company does not have the item on stock simply let your customer know DO NOT send whatever you want. Check your items before they are shipped to make sure they are not damaged. If your customer call with a complain HELP your customer never said company policy is this or that... company policies are just that but they can be bend specially if the customer is telling you and sending you evidence that shows your company made a mistake. Keep in mind KEEPS THE COMPANY GROWING AND YOUR JOB SECURE."
