AMAZING Customer Service

"Amazing customer service! I bought a scarf for my friends birthday, and when it arrived it had 4 holes in it. I emailed customer support and Kimberly Allen was so quick in her response, she had responded and addressed my original complaint and ordered me a new scarf within the hour!

Less than 24 hours later my new scarf was shipped to me - I'm currently waiting for it to arrive. I would definitely shop at Meowington's again!

Excellent follow up on missing delivery.

"I ordered some earrings for my girlfriend, and somehow they got lost in the mail or stolen. Thanks to Customer Service rep Carla Smith, they sent me a replacement package within 2 weeks, no extra charge. Carla was very helpful and responsive. Thanks!"

Quick and obliging service

"First off, I love the product range in this shop!!
Unfortunatley, I had quite a lot of bad luck upon ordering: two items from my first order were out of stock, but it wasn't marked in the shop. So my first contact with the support was to change my order. But in the end, this worked out fine. Shipping to Germany was quite fast(about 9 days).
When I unpacked my items I noticed that one necklace was broken. Due to the non-seethrough packaging I suppose that this wasn't noticed. I made a few pictures, emailed the support and got a response right away: they are sending a new necklace.
Therefore, even though the experience wasn't the greatest, the support was really nice :)

Excellent Experience!

"I ordered a very beautiful body and it was arrived in a very short time!
The international courier left the package to Poste Italiane that took care about it but I didn't know. So I ask support to customer service of Meowingtons to know the position of my packet because in the courier website it resulted delivered and Kimberly Allen the Meowingtons Customer Service Supervisor was very kind and fast to answer to me with very good and helpful news. The day before I received my body and I find it great!

"I recently lost my cat and wanted to buy some cat themed stuff, I got my order in less then two to three days, I got a Cat ear purse and the Bangel cat ring, Its a size 7 but I got a ring snuggy and it fits perfectly."

2017 Meowingtons Planner Experience

"I bought the 2017 Meowingtons Planner and within 2 months (minimal use), the elastic broke. I contacted Meowingtons via Facebook Messenger as I wasn't sure how else to let them know to check for quality, and Carla Smith responded to me fairly quickly. I provided the evidence of the weak glue on the elastic and now I'm getting another planner as a replacement as a one-time courtesy as it's already over their 30-day warranty. I'm hoping it won't break again as I was unaware that there's only 30-days for replacements and truthfully, I didn't even think they would replace it at all! :)

Overall I'm pleased with this company and I'm already planning on purchasing for 2018.
