I've been wearing them continuously for several weeks and they have not discolored, tarnished, or dulled one bit. (Most sterling silver and nickel plated earrings will turn my ears green after a week or so of continuous wear). They even arrived in a cute little Meowingtons pouch that snaps shut. "I have to admit I was a little hesitant when I found this shop via a fb link but their items were too cute to resist. So I took a chance and bought the rhinestone cat earrings. They arrived within a week and packaged in their own little velvet bags with the Meowingtons logo on the front. My daughter and I loved them, so adoreable! I did have one tiny issue with one of the backings, it was hollowed out (probably the 1 out of 1000) but I snapped a photo sent it via messenger (where they kept me updated with my purchase and tracking number) the oh so sweet Kimberly Allen responded quickly and is sending me another pair, which will ship out today. How great is that?! Very satisfied with my purchase and their customer service. Will be returning to this shop! Thanks guys! "
"In the first week of December I ordered multiple items, the site indicated that I was within the "guaranteed Christmas arrival" and I deliberately ordered only things listed as in stock (a lot of things weren't).
2 weeks later, after the package should have arrived, I emailed asking for tracking details, and was told that one item was out of stock so the package wasn't sent. It was now back in stock and would be shipped tomorrow.
Annoying, and poor service, but it happens.
After Christmas, having still not received a tracking number, I email again asking what the ****.
4 days later I am told a DIFFERENT item is out of stock and that I can either continue to wait, or take store credit. (So I can order something else that won't ever arrive I guess).
I needed PayPal to get my money back.
The one positive review here seems like the only person in the last 3 months to have recieved items or customer service. A plant maybe?"

Aus post very unhelpful. I alerted support@meowingtons and the reply from Kimberly Allen was swift and above and beyond my request for them to contact Aus Post. Super happy with the service and my fancy new products. "
"I have placed an order over a month ago and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. What is more frustrating is that Meowingtons website specifically stated that orders international order placed before the 8th December would arrive in time for Christmas. Great I thought, it is November 30th so plenty of time for it to arrive but according the order tracking it hasn't even left the US yet! I can't believe it. I emailed and got an unhelpful reply, I suggested that as the order hasn't even left the country yet that perhaps don't bother sending it to me at all and just refund me to save time but no, I have to wait for items to be delivered and then have to return them. Assuming it's the same delivery company, I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever get my money back and if genuinely, this is company is just scamming people out of money. I am not one to leave reviews unless I've had particularly good or bad service and this is just completely unacceptable. Meowingtons, don't specify deadline dates for Christmas on your website and then email me to tell me that my order hasn't arrived in time because you have been busy over the holiday season, it's contradictory and unprofessional and I will not be using your business again."

Company not interested in apologizing - CARLA SMITH, Customer service genius, explained after several emails that "delay caused by holiday season". "Stay away. They advertise a Sphinx ring as being gold plated. Nothing on the ring notes that. Other identical rings on the Internet sell for $9.00 stating there are no precious metals. They won't take back the ring. Their phone number rarely works. You're lucky if you get an email response. They have an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau. Many complaints. That should tell you all you need to know."
