"This was not a good experience. I would never order from this company again, and I would never recommed it to anyone. The item was deective upon arrival, and I notified them within 24 hours the item did not work. I was told to return it, and when I did, I was told it had been damaged by my granddaughter when she took it out of the package. So, I paid for expedited mailing, and then paid to return the item, and this company had the nerve to ask me to pay for the return of the item. It was broke and they should have stood behind their product. I have already sent a negative review to Amazon, and I am shocked you wanted me to write a review knowing how upset I was at the way my granddaughter was treated."
