DO NOT BUY. I received a laptop with a different serial number than the box, and the charger was different too. I complain, they say sorry our tec put the wrong one in the box. Okay. Never got the email return label. Call again and get the return label. After printing return label, taking it to UPS... I ask when will the correct one be shipped? They say next day. Nope. Called back 3 days later.. I am p*ssed at this point. I needed the laptop last week. I asked if it's been shipped. Ohh of course. It's waiting at a CVS. Signature required. The guy told me he'd send the tracking number. He did not. I ask for a $50 credit for what I went through. They say nope, I'll give you a $10 USB hub. $50 off a $$1000 laptop is 5%. Okay thanks for nothing. The second laptop is what I ordered. Please do business with them if you want to experience this sh*t.

Unethical and Rude

"I would give a negative amount if stars if I could. This company is completely unethical and has no regard for their customers. The customer service staff is rude, unhelpful and deceitful. Purchasing from this company was one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made."

Best in the West

"I sent my son's gaming laptop to New Dreams, INC for repair. He's 27, autistic and the laptop was 3 months old. I'm fortunate that it went to Matthew Palmer's desk, given the bad shape it was in. But, Matthew accepted the challenge, ordered the parts, repaired it, supplied me with the FedEx tracking number and it was delivered right on schedule. My son is thrilled!
Matthew kept in touch with me on a weekly basis, was knowledgeable, patient with me (my sons call me a "technologically challenged old lady"), and kind to me. I'm eternally grateful! Thanks Matt!

They stole 1800$ from me. CHEATERS

"I have returned a laptop that I bought on this site. And support told me that they never received it. UPS said that return is successfully delivered to return address and they provided a proof. But michaelelectronics2 just keep denying everything and telling me that they haven’t received my 1800$ laptop. Without any proof. Horrible store, avoid at any cost"

Outstanding technical assistance and customer service

"I purchased an ASUS Zephyrus G15 GA503 from ME2 several months ago, and it developed a strange sleep/shutdown issue. I contacted ME2 with as much information as possible to try and resolve the issue, and have spent the last two months going back and forth with Matthew and Zoltan, totaling over 70 emails, with various diagnostic, software, and hardware help. We decided to RMA the unit, and Matthew was very helpful in selecting a proper replacement, and was very accomdating trying to exchange the unit for some desktop components. I eventually opted to keep the GA503 and go a different route for my second use case, but the outstanding customer service and technical support from ME2 will definitely yield recommendations and repeat business from me. "

Great service and great knowledge

"Zoltan Szasz, went out of his way to help me with a problem I had with oculus trying to hook up with my new computer. Even though Oculus is not their product and not purchase from them he spent an hour and a half to two hours helping me get it fixed he got on my computer and tried many different things remotely but it still didn't fix it was a driver from Oculus on video. That was far and beyond the call of duty!"

Crappy products!

"Buyer Awareness- I was linked to this company from the MSI website as a reputable retailer. I was wrong to use them. My whole experience was a red flag when dealing with them. I ordered a $2700 dollar computer from them, and it was a nightmare. Their website alone is very glitchy. When I was trying to purchase my new computer, it failed to process, which lead me to call their "order hotline," which was a complete joke. I spoke to a man named Donald. He was very rude. I had questions about why my order was failing. He didn't just lack answers, but refused to help me with my order entirely. Saying he could not place an order over the phone. I then asked why I could not pay with my debit card as it shows icons at the bottom saying they accept Visa. He replied he wasn't there to debate their payment options. I was never rude but just very annoyed and said to him many times, that I apologize if I seem rude I'm just highly annoyed. We ended that call with a very unsatisfied feeling. We then managed to place the order with them, thinking the nightmare is over... Well, that turned sour. They charged us three times for the same thing totaling $8,100.
We called for refunds on the other two transactions and were told it would take a few days before we saw the money back in our account. I thought that was ridiculous. Once we finally got the gaming PC, I was relieved and ready to start gaming. Finally, I started the gaming PC up and noticed that it had a rattle from one of its fans. I also saw that the bracing bar for my graphics card was bent. I called to find out what my options were. I spoke to a manager named Matt we had a seemly a positive talk. We agreed that I would send the PC back to be fixed and have it back within a week.
Fast-tracking that never happened, I called to see what the hold up was, and he said he fixed the rattling and the bracing bar that was bent, but he said my GPU started "Artifacting," a thing I never heard of until I looked it up. He thought it got damaged during transport. I couldn't stop thinking why someone who has extensive PC knowledge wouldn't test the PC prior to doing repairs. Making me think he broke it while he was "fixing" the known issues. He told me I would have to either get a refund or I could send it to MSI and would take four weeks for its return. I then asked if I could upgrade the card that was broken because they had plenty in stock of the 3080s. He told me yes and would get pricing. He gets back to me saying they will only give me a few hundred for my card and that I would have to pay $1800 for the market price for the upgrade. I was **** when I sent the PC back, It was working with no issues besides the rattle and the bent bar. Now they won't cut a deal to make ends meet? It's ridiculous that a company is that cheap, especially when I have more evidence they broke the PC during their poor repair job. I searched the Internet looking for other options. I ended up finding a 3080 for cheaper than their 3070 builds, so the rumors that they mark up their products are accurate... I also paid for Microsoft pro to be installed. They charge $170 when you can go to the Microsoft store and pay $99 and click install. We then asked for a complete refund that took a whole week to get after calling for an update. The refund was supposed to hit our account within 24-48 hours. Avoid buying anything from this company at this point. I can't think their products are even sold new with how many problems I had with mine...

"I´m from Chile, and talk by Zoom Call to Zoltan Szasz from Customer Support of New Dream Inc.
He takes with high level of patience all the issues of my requirement I made in amazon were I bought my HP Spectre X360
Here in Latinamerica we are not used to solve our technical problems with this level of efficiency, would like to congratulate Zoltan for the service, MichaelElectronic2 for having this service and amazon for loving their clients.
