"Ordered a psu that claimed was in stock since Amazon was out of stock. When I couldn’t find any other merchants who sold it I emailed the mgfr antec hey you guys aren’t dc this model as it has a feature I want being able to link two psu together as one. They told me no just hard to find due to gpu mining buying up all high watt psu. 2 weeks later I get a cancellation from these clowns at next warehouse that item is discontinued. Went back to Amazon today and ordered 2 direct from them. What a buncha Lairs just admit you never had the item in first place and now lost your antec resell vendor since you don’t have any antec items listed anymore"

way to slow
"shipping is unbearably slow. In the world of amazon prime shipping for kohl's to take 10 days from order to get a package into my hands is crazy. why would anyone shop here? if it wasn't for my sister giving me all this unused kohl's cash of hers I never would have tried this place out. regret every minute of it. i'm sure i could have gotten the same price on pants at amazon."

"Placed an order for a furinature item. UPS delviery date was scheduled for 3/14/2014. Item tracking has been stuck since 3/11 in IN. UPS states package most likely lost and that retailer should contact them to start a delivery trace. Reached out to ShopKO CS that UPS indicates they should initiate a trace supervisor states they cannot do that until full 10 business days after ship date, they indicate that the results of the trace will take 10-14 business days on top of the full 10 business days. I advise that will cause intrest charges to incur on my purchase and why should I be reponsible for that when it's their responsibility to initiate the trace that UPS says to do so. Rep kept quoting their policys, had to initiate dispute charges so they can deal with my credit card as i'm not going to waste my time bickering with such an open and shut lost case even UPS admits its lost. Talk about a supervisor not wanting to do their job."

"Order 1 small item that was indicated in stock on 2/28. MeritLine is in Southern California, I live in Northern California Sacramento. The item stated in warehouse and will be shipping 3/3 next business day from my order sounds appropriate and fair. 3/5 rolls around item still has not shipped, it wasn't until I e-mailed that magically my item shipped on 3/6. Item bumbled around DHL supposedly until it arrived 3/11/2014 11 full calendar days later to go from So. Cal to Nor Cal. Google trusted stores had to get involved due to rude dismissive this is how long it takes to ship and general uncaring customer service attitude. This just sums up how poor MeritLine is. Do yourself a favor and avoid at any cost."
