Can't call the store, no answers through live chat at all, just sitting in a queue. "I placed an order over a week ago at this point, I still have not received any order updates or shipping updates. Additionally there is little to no convenient way to check the status of your order to get more information or find out whats going on. There is an online chat where you can inquire about status, but after repeated attempts after sitting in the queue for 15-20+ minutes it fails to load, your only other option is to call in and wait on hold. For a technology company this entire process is painfully inadequate and slow.
Which is quite unfortunate, I would like to be clear I really enjoy MicroCenter's brick and mortar stores. With their closest store being 3 hours away, going shopping there in person is a legitimate treat. They have just about anything you could want at highly competitive prices. It's just that sometimes a 6 hour round trip is not viable.
updated 04.15.20 - Finally got through to check the status of my order with the online customer support. I was informed that due to the timeframe my order had been frozen. That they did not have any additional details or status. What a JOKE. I will not be ordering anything from MicroCenter online again. Period. If it's something you actually need, and something you care about actually receiving in a timely manner I suggest you avoid them as well."
