"This is the second time an order was cancelled. (not even the same items) The first order was for multiple rolls of PLA+ and so was the second. For some reason they send a Shipment comfirmation. yesterday. Then today a complete cancellation of the order.

"If it were funny, but it's not. Gave them another try after a bad expedience. They used too have a monopoly on computer parts and electronics, no more. There are far better deals out there. Both Amazon and New Egg have better offerings at better prices.
The customer service is laughable(non-existent) was told several different things when I contacted them. I finally had to go my local store. What a circus. Managerial operations cannot be described without using the word cluster.
This last time was the last time. I will never be back. Shame since they are local, but the hassle is just not worth it. "

"This was one of 5 sites I used to price shop for computer building options. They have a good selection and I picked several items from here. However when looking for updates on when my items will ship it's horrible. I have an idea on when I might get them only based on how long it says each item will take to get when purchasing but there isn't any updates or confirmation. At this point all the other sellers that I used have shipped my order and I've received it. Micro Center has provided nothing - it's now a full week since I ordered. Also during the virus I get that customer service may be limited but I have contacted them twice using on line chat and it took more than 20 minutes for them to answer. I also tried calling their customer support number and never got an answer - I called and on line chatted at the exact same time to see which one would answer first - on line chat was always faster if you consider 20 minute wait times faster."

"This is a copy of the email I sent when my order was cancelled. No one ever responded to my email. I also have an online order that was placed 4/2/20 that I have no idea when I will get. The order confirmation says it might ship 4/23/20. Twenty-one days to fill an order. Can you understand my frustrations? And the experience at the store is listed below....as I said emailed and no response.
This has been a very frustrating week trying to use your company.
I placed this order on Thursday April 2. I received the email that my "reservation" was ready for pick up. I received this email late in the day so I couldn't send anyone Thursday. On Friday afternoon I sent someone to pick it up but they came back saying the store was closed. I sent him back Sunday and he was told that even though he was picking up a order on reserve he would have to leave his number and he would get a text with a 2 hour window when he could enter the store. That text never came. And now you are telling me that you don't have it in inventory at the store and are cancelling my order!!!!
This is totally unfair and rude.
I put my man in harms way to PICK UP an order that I was informed was waiting. He was sent away twice and now you inform me that you no longer have it in stock.
WHO DID YOU SELL IT TO??? IT WAS ON RESERVE.
I also called the number you supplied to get more information and the machine hung up on me. WHY SUPPLY A NUMBER IF THERE IS NO ONE THERE TO TALK TO?

"After the computer was ordered i drove to Micro Center in Houston Texas and picked it up. A few days later i received an email stating that the store was out of computers and would not be available for pick up. I sent an email back stating that the computer was picked up on March 31, 2020. On April 6, 2020 i received another email stating that the computer was being shipped. I again responded by email and i also called Micro Center and spoke to Endy, he stated that the computer was shipped and when it arrived i should return it and that is what was done. "
