"I attempted to update my software and when it would not do it, I contacted the Micro center for help, they gave a suggestion but it did not work, At that time I was told to call them, when I attempted to call the number I was given was busy, At this time I have attempted to call at least a dozen times every time that i called the number was busy. it's kinda hard to get help when you can't get through the system. Is there a way that I can get the help I need.

"We ordered a computer that was allegedly in stock. When you order it says that they will tell you if the item is low in stock or out of stock by such and such time. We heard nothing. A week after it was supposed to have shipped they finally cancelled the order with no explanation as to why.
We reached out multiple times sitting on hold for hours before having to use the online chat feature for an update more than once during the time frame from when it was to have shipped to the cancellation and were informed multiple times it was being packaged up and would be on its way later that day. Every single time it was the same story that it would be shipped later that day. We are never ordering from them again. Lesson definitely learned. "
