"Ordered these to have SSD RAID capability on an MSI X58M tower system finally being upgraded to Windows 10 (since MS finally figured out how to support RAID on their new OS, which was not the case 3 years ago when I first tried to upgrade).
Online ordering and shipping went seamlessly, and Microcenter shipped out the parts in about 2 days, even given the lockdown caused by the COVID virus.
Received them in less than 7 days of ordering via FedEx, and they installed and work great.

"I ordered a computer monitor online and received a damaged product. I've been unsuccessful at reaching anyone through three channels of out reach for assistance. The Return Policy instructs you to reach out to 'Customer Service' for assistance. I waited on the line for 25 minutes never to be connected to any live person while I listened to music. I attempted the 'chat' feature only to see I was the 11th person in the queue and never got any type of response. My third channel was to submit through email- no response yet. Lousy experience between the damaged monitor and no way of getting any help. I would not recommend at all. "

"MicroCenter goes to great pains to tell you how many of the item you are buying are in stock at your local store which in my case was 5 miles away when bought it online. I was lead to believe that the item I ordered was in stock 5 miles away and that I could get it quickly.
They DO NOT DISCLOSE that you are NOT BUYING the item from that store 5 miles away, but rather from some far-away place and that IT WILL NOT SHIP FOR 10 MORE DAYS. I do not understand the value in misleading the customer as to where the item in question is coming from.
They do not disclose the 10-DAY DELAY IN SHIPPING the item until you get the email confirmation of your purchase. Then when I tried to call to cancel the order THEY NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE. WHEN I CALLED THE LOCAL STORE, (5 miles away) they had their calls forwarded to the same central location WHERE NO ONE EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE. I cancelled my order by sending the cancellation notice through their website feedback feature.
