"Wanted to buy an X470 motherboard with a Ryzen 5 3600 CPU. Emailed them prior to purchasing to ask if it would require a BIOS update. They said no it would not. I was skeptical when I received the motherboard because there was no sticker or advertising that the board was Ryzen 3000 ready. I took a chance and built the PC. It worked just as the MicroCenter rep said it would.
I will continue to purchase from them when I can because their in-store support has been great to me as well. I usually don't bother to write these reviews, but I feel like they deserved it this time. "

Product arrived intact with no external damages to the packaging (which is a shock in this day and age).

"I placed my order on 3/9 and requested it cancelled two days later, as it was not sent out yet. I was told it would be cancelled. And 3 days after that, I received a shipping notification that it was sent out. When I notified customer service, they told me it hadn't gone out yet, and they would cancel it, but now I don't know if the shipping has been cancelled or not."

"Ordered a keyboard and a mouse together, after about 21 days recurved the keyboard but not the mouse! After about another week I found out that some how the mouse order was canceled so I ordered a different mouse hopefully it in stock! That was about 1 1/2 weeks ago! It should be on the way hopefully!"
