"Ordered over a week ago, and STILL NOT HERE for something that was in-stock. What does Microcenter do? Rip people off?"
"I ordered and received a refurbished laptop. It wouldn't even boot. Micro Center was unresponsive in my MULTIPLE attempts to get this resolved. They have $500+ of my hard-earned money and no resolution. I had purchased this laptop for an online course that I have been #1000+ for and now will not be able to participate. I am so disappointed in this company and its overwhelming and catastrophic failure in rectifying this situation.
UPDATE:
I gave up and went to the company that Micro Center purchased this laptop to sell to me; no quality control on Micro Center's part. Now, the State RefurBees is now shut down due to COVID-19 and it is likely I will not see a laptop now for weeks."
"I love shopping in the store - even if I buy too much. Been shopping there since they were a single store in Columbus. Shopping on line hasn't been positive though. My order 10 days ago still hasn't arrived and everything was supposed to have been in stock when the order was placed"
"It seems like a simple concept, if your website shows an item to be in stock, in theory, it should ship shortly after an order. One week later, and I don't have a tracking number. I suspect I'll get my product eventually, but I'll find another online retailer for any similar products I may need. "
"I was supposed to receive my hard drive by 3/20/20 by fedex. The delivery went from chantilly Virginia, north and west to Hagerstown Maryland, then south and west to martinsburg West Virginia. My package has been in limbo since Friday. This **** because the local micro center is four miles away and when I ordered and paid on my credit card I felt three days was plenty of time for a four mile trip. I am pretty upset with your company, I just hope I receive my drive soon and not kicked around the back of a truck like it is getting kicked around the south. Warning to all I know my purchase was a small item but why would I purchase or go back to micro center for anything else after this type of customer service. I have made bigger purchases in the past TV's computers, etc. but always went and loaded my purchases in my car on my own. I guess that's the way it goes when you make an online purchase. Not good in my eyes."
"I ordered a monitor on March 13, anticipating a work from home situation. The confirmation said it would ship within 3 business days. On March 19, I received an email saying they were experiencing delays due to COVID-19. Totally understandable. They gave no indication about how long the delays would be, but said I could cancel or call to speak to someone. Tried calling twice and on hold forever. Gave up both times. Chat feature to speak with a “friendly representative” is offline. I have no idea how long I’ll need to wait, can’t get any info and I can’t talk to anyone. Very frustrated."
