"Items arrived as promised at a great price"

"Purchased an SSD from a big name recently, very slow delivery. Purchased 2 disks from Microcenter, got 2 day delivery on very inexpensive standard shipping. They have a location within driving distance, but shipping was cheaper than the gas to get there.

If you can get there, their stores are fantastic, been dealing with Microcenter for many years.

"When I renewed on line, the return email did not give me a License Key # so I could activate. The customer service person told me, they had run out of numbers for online customers. He corrected that and gave me a number and activated it for me.

Micro Center was negligent in running out of #'s for online customers causing undue anxiety!!! However, the customer service person was very competent and fixed it. Thanks to him, I can go forward. However, I will think twice before using Micro Center again."
