Watering can is leaking tooooo sooooon

"My copper watery can got rotten and started to leak in 2.5 years of use compared to my other 2 very ages-old copper watery cans (one of them is of my grandmother while I am 70 myself!) are still OK....Do not buy here! Their copper is extremely thin and the bottom is not enforced at all."

Rude people that don't give a rats ****

"Bad, ordered 30 cabinet pulls, in stock, ready to ship, next day I get an email , Order is awaiting shipping, 4 days later I get an email that said my order was on back order. I call them, and was greeted by some lady that was as rude as they come.

Told me that the Item I ordered was not in stock, they only had 26 of them, I said ok ship the ones you have and ship the rest when you get them back in stock, she said, "yeah, that's not gonna happen' so I asked for her manager, another lady that said they do not sip partial orders, so I said, How do you sell me, charge me for 30 items, then tell me that they are not in stock and you have no eta of when they will be in stock ? She said, when I ordered them, there were 30, but other warehouses order from this stock too.. (uh, I ordered them, paid for them, why the hell are you selling them to somebody else ?) She was getting rude with me as well so I just said, ship m the 26 items and refund me the rest, so I get a refund for the 4 pulls, and they still have not shipped the 26 pulls 4 days later. Save yourself a headache, DO NOT EVEN THINK OF BUYING FROM THIS LOSER COMPANY.

Missing Items

"Ordered barn door hardware from Midland Hardware and when I received the box and the package was damaged with spacers, washers, and bolts missing. After submitting a missing items form this company did not respond. I called them every day for more than a week and got a poor response every time. I also requested a partial refund after the item replacement was going nowhere and they said the would take care of it, but never did. I will never purchase anything from this company again. I don't see how a company can survive with customer service as poor as they have! If I had read there poor reviews before I purchased, there would not have been a purchase. Buy at your own risk!!!!!!!!!!!!

15% restock fee on wrong item received

"I ordered a 6 inch wall thimble I received an 8 inch wall thimble I filled out wrong item received form which pink to chat forum jotform reviewed it and told Midland that I received the right item because the UPC code matched they didn't mention that I took a picture of the circumference of the circle which was a tin and it's supposed to be 6 in there for it is a return item and I would have to pay 15% restocking fee plush return shipping this is a bad company that does not uphold their mistakes"

Sells your personal data to predatory solicitors.

"Don't ever buy anything from Midland Hardware unless you want them to sell your information solicitors who will spam bomb your email with hundreds of ads, all the same form but all from different disgusting domains which are difficult to unsubscribe and time consuming to block. These people are the worst slime that ever oozed out from a swamp. Happy to expose others to harm others just so they can make a buck, then they don't even ship your order for a week. Do not lower yourself to the level of this scum company."

It Actually Worked Out

"The customer service is bad because basically it is non-existent. They never picked up the phone and never responded to my e-mails. After reading the reviews, I prayed over it and am glad to be a tither.

After praying, the next day the four small tables I ordered arrived, packed neatly and without damage. They were exactly what I ordered, and Midland Hardware's price was the best I found. Other than the customer service, this order could not have gone better. Submitted my order, and 10 days later (six business days) the order arrived to me.

Craftsman staples

"Item listed my gun number as a fit. The staples don't. Now responsible for restocking fee. How is it my fault. They made money off me, nice business model. Should of read reviews before I ordered from them. Well I will spread the word. RIP off company. Never buy from them again."

Rip off Company

"This company is not one of the worst in USA is the worst. I place an order for 40 master podlock key blans.They charge me $18.00 for 40 key blanks but never send my keys.I try to explain i havent got it and they show me one tracking number for two package and they claim they send both .I got only one and only one invoice for one item.I other words they rip me off 418.00 but i opend a disputed at Pay pal because i pay with pay pal credit card.Be smart dont waist your time and money buying from a company that all they do is rip off people.They are not a honest company ."

Wrong item sent, and impossible to reach them

"I ordered some white door hinges, and I received grey hinges. Their return policy involves a 15% re-stocking fee and you have to pay return shipping. It seems impossible to speak with anyone - they do not answer email, and they don't answer the phone, so I don't know if they actually have the correct items in stock. I want to exchange or get a refund - I should not have to pay a restocking fee or shipping for returning the wrong items. If I don't get this resolved, I only lose about $17, but I'm angry on principle. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering."

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THEY APPARENTLY HAVE NO MERCHANDISE NOR PRODUCTS - SELLING FROM AN EMPTY WAGON

"Ordered 40 of a Closet Maid number they listed. The processed my card and said ship in 7 to 10 days. Three weeks later no merchandise. You can not phone them - email and on line viewing only. I emailed to determine where my order was. After 3 days, emailed back to say they did not have it, supplier did not have it, and they did not notify me. Said could order from another supplier and it would be 5 to 7 days. They appear to be a poorly run on line order only outfit not allowing any communication nor responding in any reasonable time. The only thing they do quickly is charge your card. I declined and cancelled the order, and they said they would refund in several days. I will check with credit card company as I feel this company can not be trusted in any way. They appear to be playing a numbers game on line where they can have unlimited new customers with no responsibility to respond in a timely manner. By having no phone numbers, no addresses, and no other contact information, they can avoid you and hope you go away, and also hope to avoid legal prosecution (ie via mail and phone laws) for what may be a scamming operation. "
