"Before my order was shipped I emailed Midland to say that if they don't ship me the item that was pictured on their web site that I would be returning it. Well, they shipped me an older version, not the pictured version, of my items. I had to pay shipping for the return AND they short-changed my refund without warning. To top it off, they didn't answer my email about getting a full refund. Stay away from this company - they're not to be trusted!"

"I ordered products from Midland Hardware. Received 2 emails informing me I will receive a tracking #. 8 days later when I still had not received a tracking #, I sent and email. No response. 11 days later I received and email asking for a review of the product I have yet to receive(14 days after ordering).

I responded to this product review request saying that no, I do not have the item nor have I received a tracking #. They finally sent a tracking #. I called FedEx to find out the product was driving around looking for my business and it was too late to hold at a FedEx center for pick up. Not good, packages left on my doorstep=stolen packages if they can find the address at all.

As of today I found out the package has been left at the wrong address and I have to go hunt it down. Very unsatisfied. Will never order from them again."
