It took awhile to get it shipped to me as I guess orders are only processed at certain times during the week. But I didn't care as it was after Christmas and I'm not planning on using it until next Christmas. I also needed to e-mail the company about a price difference and the company e-mailed me back when they opened on Monday and corrected the price immediately online! The sleigh arrived yesterday and is in perfect condition, much larger than I thought it would be, even though accurate measurements were listed, and just beautiful! I would not hesitate to do business with this company again."
