I was told "those items are still in our warehouse". I asked to speak to a manager, I was told she is in a meeting. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. I know the prices look great, but if you never get the item or one of their lazy warehouse workers destroy it, you only get disappointment. I have been shopping online for MANY years, this store should stop trying to provide e-commerce."
"Ordering a paring knife was very simple. What I did not like, at the first try, there was no way to know if the order went through so I did it again. As a result, I got 2 knives. That is fine.
