"Ordered a product on 2-07-14 and no sign of anything for about 2 months. After writing a "where is my order" email, I received a response about 1 month later indicating there was staffing issues but they had been resolved. About a month later from their response, the status of the product updated to shipping. 3 weeks later now... still no product and the tracking number yields "information not found" at shipper. Starting to doubt this actually exists. Poor customer service. Going to try and see about getting my hard earned money back now. ***Product was delivered before refund could be requested*** Despite receiving the product, way too long for delivery and extremely poor customer service response time."

"Never received the order placed since March of 2014. Filled out contact form on the site twice but no responses being received. I had ordered things from them before and never really have any problems until now. I'm not sure how could they still be in business with the kind of customer service they're giving to their customers. This is very consistent with other reviewers. I've just file a dispute with my AX card. I'll never buy anything from them again no matter how cheap their price is. I would give no star if I could for this company."
