"Ordered two laptops, received them, one has a broken charger and when I contacted them about the Admin passcode and the broken charger, they were checking into it and have not heard back from them in more than a week. Continue to message them since without the charger and without the Admin password, they are rendered useless for me. I will be disputing the charges with my credit card, since I cannot seem to get a response. Very disappointing. Will not order from them again."

The VERY CHEAP product arrrived after 1 1/2 months. Would love to return but would expect no response or refund.

"Midnightbox did not provide carrier information. So, when shipment never arrived, I contacted Midnightbox to help track the order. They reply back an email saying address incorrect. ask me to contact "local office" --- without telling me who is the carrier and who or what number I should contact with. I reply and questioning the carrier information, and waited for 2 weeks, no responds, sent another follow up email.
it's been one and half month. Neither of shipment or refund been taking cared. very dissatisfied the shopping experience with Midnightbox.com

"I ordered a product from midnightbox on 11/06/13 and have yet to receive it (today being 12/17/13). It's been over the "3-5 weeks" shipping time frame that was originally stated and my credit card was charged the day of the order. The only way to contact them is by email. After my first request I got a response within a business day stating they were trying to get tracking information and they would get back to me "right away". After 2 emails and a week later I have yet to get a response with a further status let alone the product ordered. "

"Shipping for the two backpacks took six weeks from China and arrived on different days. Packs are slightly smaller than I expected, however they will suffice as bug-out bags for little cost. The bags are well made and should hold up OK. The shoulder and waist straps are short and with my 38" waist, I had to extend the straps to their limit. The material and stiching looks like they will wear well. They will fit a grade school student much better. "
"When car organizer finally came, it was fine. I still have not received the trouser hangers... I wonder if they will come. I have communicated with Jennifer at MidnightBox several times and she is great. She was going to resend the order but I have yet to receive the one item.
This is the second order with a problem, but Jennifer resolved the first order's problem with total satisfaction. I am still waiting for the resolution on this one. I have to say that I have hesitated in ordering again from MidnightBox because of these two situations.
