"I submitted and paid for 2 items on 1/15/15. The shipping quote was 3-5 weeks which is remarkably excessive. I waited the 5 weeks - still nothing. I reached out to customer service and they said they "could not get in touch with the vendor" (I'm not sure what that means). The 'tracking' number I was given was fake. Finally, here I am at 3/5/15 and I put a claim into PayPal as I know this merchandise isn't coming. The service rep was polite but refused to give my money back. I am waiting on PayPal and hopefully they cover this fraudulent company's mess. Buyer beware, don't buy from this company."
