Can't speak with anyone except email exchanges. No guarantee return given they have to pre-approve return and you have to request return through their website. This company is the worst experience I have with online purchases."

"I can't find the original listing, to see if dimensions were listed, or if they were list in centimeters rather than inches, but the item was listed as a large tactical backpack. After waiting some 5 to 6 weeks what was delivered looked nice, but the term large could not be used in relationto it in any way. My granddaughter liked it, so it went home with her, but if I were to buy something from midnightbox, I would read the description more carefully."
